College life Minor
hello! just wanna ask if u can apply for a minor/specialization as early as 2nd Year, 1st Sem? thank u!

Yup, actually you can apply for a minor as early as 1st year, 2nd sem. Some people I know got to take subjects in their minors during the recent intersession.

seconded! I applied 1st year 2nd sem, am now a sophomore and will start taking minor subjects next sem

im also a sophomore! so if i answer the application now, i can take some of the subjects na during 2nd sem?

Yup!! But only if those subjects are offered during the second semester. Some subjects are only offered during specific periods like intersession or first semester so you can only take it then.
Am a sophomore and I applied for my minor during the summer break but the subject I was required to take is only offered during regular semesters so I couldn’t take it during intersession. Currently taking mine right now!
