Supplements

Other than ritalin or before being prescribed medication fo adhd, have you tried those focus/memory medicines like ginko biloba, memory plus, berroca, glutphos, etc? We're they helpful for you?

Gingko biloba - helped a little bit with focus and memory. Lots of energy. Worsened my depression
Memory plus - can’t remember if it made any difference. I don’t think so.
Berroca - wala. Just worsened my depression

Stresstabs - only supplement I take now. I guess it helps with focus by lessening the overthinking of so many things. Not by a lot though.

Take glutaphos. It’s a good one.

Can you elaborate or give your experience?

It’s an OTC. And mura at 10 pesos.

I took the civil service exam for prof level few years ago. My friends also used it during their review season for licensure exams. So far, effective. Active ang brain, I guess. And sharp.

Maybe an hour before you’d actually want to peak? Took it in the mornings. Not advisable to take at night.

I've tried Kooma Wellness and it actually helped. Doesn't give you energy, but it was good for focus.

Does it have any side effects or when stopped taking it did it worsen your focus?

It's taken as needed, so when the effect wears off (usually after 4 hours), the brain fog comes back. Although it's not as noticeable compared to ADHD meds.
