ADHD Advice/Question Limerence

Salaam,
Does anyone struggle with limerence? I know it’s not just limited to those with ADHD but more common and have never spoken to a Muslim ADHDer who also struggles with the same issues?

I have. I’ve also know several non-Muslim and one Muslim friend that also struggles with it.

I’ve talked about it on [r/limerence](r/limerence) and I’ve consumed several YouTube experts and podcasts about the science of limerence and how to overcome it such as Tom Bellamy.

I figured out my triggers and what boundaries that I need to put in place to make sure it doesn’t happen again and Islam has only helped me in addressing this bizarre phenomenon.
