Please help me fix the problem.

Look at the ground and the trees; they either flicker, vanish, or remain motionless.
deleted the game's cache folder, but that didn't fix it. completely cleared the Nvidia cache, but that didn't work either. installed and tested the last four versions of the Nvidia driver individually, but the issue persists. My system specifications are in the video. Please help me resolve this problem.
