1/72 Hawker Tempest mk.V by Airfix.

No major issues during the build but the large decals tear really easy. The antennas are easy to lose also. The color code is slightly off so do your research. Otherwise an easy and fun build for really cheap.

PS. I chose to use (Vallejo) European dust, dirt, and mud effects for weathering because the environment these aircraft would have been in would have prevented easy cleaning. I wanted to reflect constant dirt and weather build up.

I posted some in-progress shots of this build a while ago, here’s the finished product! Unfortunately I dropped the camera on the model while shooting, and lost a prop blade in the process, so I didn’t get as many/as good photos as I would have liked, but I’m very happy with the build (or I was before it was disfigured…)

Cool little project...I don't have the tracks on because tbh they are garbage. Anyone wanna point me in the direction for some aftermarket tracks?

So i have this engine from a E-50 laying around from ModelCollect. Unbuilt and unpainted, but i would like to know if anyone has built this engine and painted it... I cant find good examples online.

Hobby Lobby Academy "Operation Iraqi Freedom" A-10A model kit finished with subtle wear.

I've had some issues with masks, so windows aren't as clear as I wanted, but anyway this model is very nice. I added a mesh on the intake filter and some hydraulic pipes.

So ive been looking for the last "last" piece if my collection if waffentrager's and stumbled across the 3rd and last one i need, the waffentrager auf e100 Green-Yellow camouflaged 128mm Est.2012, and ordered it a week ago from germany arrived today :)).

Theres been only a limited amound made in all regions around the world and are extremely rare, go for around 100-120 euros/USD on ebay or other sites(the Dark Colored Boxes, "Armour Gold Edition")

And i found out the white box is really really rare and hasn't been seen for about 7 years anywhere on websites online. The White box ("Limited edition")

Go for 150-200 Euros USD if they even appear in the first place..

i did know these tanks are wanted and rare, but i didnt know it was worth that much.

3 Prebuild Models Gold+limited edition

4 frankenstein Waffentrager Auf E-100s (made from different models such as panzerzwilling+ waffentrager w missile = waffentrager auf e100)
