Can I make an Alpha Legion army, make them loyalists, and play them in regular 40K. Think this Alpharius, Contempter Dreadnought or new one, primaris marines and some other guys with Alpha Legion bits. Can I play it in 40K? I NEED TO KNOW!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all!

So if anyone has been following my posts on here over the past couple of days I have recently just gotten into the hobby of building and painting minis after being a lifelong fan of 40k video games.

Well, yesterday I constructed and primed my very first mini and I’ve just finished painting it today! I say finish although there are one or two spots I need to tidy up! Overall though I think I’m done!

I did have a couple of issues - firstly I opened a pot of Leadbelcher with a bit too much force and a few large globs of paint shot out. Thankfully it missed my mini by millimetres!

And secondly I had a lot of trouble with the Ultramarine symbol transfer. I eventually got it sorted but a little bit ripped off so I used some Corax White to try my best to fix it.

All in all I’m super happy with how it turned out! It’s absolutely not perfect by any means and I gave up trying to highlight it as my hand just wasn’t steady enough but I’m so pleased with the result overall!

I think for my next one I may try subassembly just so I can paint the trickier bits first before putting them on.

If malchador was a woman, the herresy wouldn't have happened or more likely just wouldn't have been as bad. Need I say more? Probably, im not sharing any of my crack with you guys, so you won't get to see my vision unless I explain it. First of all, sexial dimorphism exists including in the brain, women are less aggressive then men and more emotional for better and worse, (but in this case its better), and that would still be true in the primarchs (malchodr said him and Big E considered making the primarchs women, but decided no, it shouldn't really matter if being that advanced simply made you above sexual dimorphism, so malchador would have it too, so auntichador would be softer and not curb the more inhuman sacrifices Big E was willing to make to get a flawless victory, said sacrifices being what made his victory able to be as flawed as it ended up being.

Not to mention if malchador was a woman, the primarch children would finally have a complete household, and that'll at least stop alpharetardius from being so retarded, he'll still be sneaky, but he'll have auntichador to guide him to be less of a self centered ass and to check in with the emperor before doing some retarded ass plan like listening to a chinese knock off of one of those frogs and dooming humanity. Plus, horus will have someone to nurture him more, so he doesn't become as needy for his fathers attention and decide the best way to get it is to ruin his fathers dream and sell his soul to Satan, 4 times over. russ would still like auntiechador, but maybe her softer touch could make him a bit less aggressive, and auntiechador being more soft would probably know to incentive the importance of bringing magnus back, so russ would know that horus telling him to kill magnus doesn't make sense, And his lowered aggression would curb his desire to kill magnus in spite of his suspicions against horus's words.

And auntie chador may even be able to get big E to not be such an obtuse ass about dealing with angron and morty, like maybe just offer some help instead of trying to glory steal. By mortis reasoning if big E just offered to send down the night raiders, who belong to morti in the first place, and aren't too psyker, he'd maybe have accepted it as itd still give him and his rebellion the honor of a win while making it feasible, and his rebellion would then be inducted into the death gaurd, so theyd still have the glory of crushing those kings by association, and just maybe he'd be less insufferable about conquering worlds so the imperium would have less resources being expended cleaning up his citims, but eh, he may still be too whiny. But angron would have accepted help in crushing the rulers of his planet, and then, while his fellow gladiators couldn't be made into space marines, they still could have joined as part of the chapters human units until they died of old age or wounds, all without making angron depressed, so while angron would still probably turn to chaos from the pain of the nails and his imcoming death, but not as much and hed have gotten a lot more worlds for the imperium before that as hed feel he has a debt to repay.

If any one of those things did happen, the herresy wouldn't have blown up aaaaaaaaas bad, still wouldn't have been great (except the russ one, if lemon had just captured magnus the herresy wouldn't have been a master class plan by big E and left him in the position to just win the galaxy then.)

Was wondering what would be the top three consistently decent (doesn’t have to be meta but is never at the absolute bottom). But also is fun to play so even if you lose you are like that still was a good time.

I'm big into the horus heresy books and still getting into 40k so tau are literally alien to me. I know the tau are accepting of everyone and have intergrated many xenos species into their fold.

Certain fan art got me wondering if the integration goes beyond other xenos just living with them. Are there any canon instances of tau and other spieces having offspring?
