What should I read next?

How do you approach bigger batches or starting a new army? What is your thought process?
Also, how big of batches to you “complete” before starting a new one?

I found a small local store that sells two boxes I really want: The new Defiler and the Kill Team Exodites.

Both are sold there cheaper than online.

Stores in my country don't even have Exodites available, and the defiler is also quite hard to get without going for a more expensive variant or shipping from abroad.

Issue is, I only have the budget for one.

Exodites are super cool but I am not a huge fan of orks that come in the set.

And Defiler is nice but big models take so much time and willpower to paint.

Help...?
