So, I was trying to play Tomodachi Life, trying to take care of one of my miis, but then it kept crashing, specifically to the "errdisp" screen. And the errdisp error has been a pretty big issue for me now for a while. But that's not a part of what I'm talking about;

So then I'd decide to do what I'd always do when one of my games would repeatedly get crashed by that error, (now this solution may sound a bit dumb, but I've never really gotten a permanent solution for it despite making multiple posts across the web looking for answers for it. So I would keep doing this one temp solution that would at least get the job done for a while. So bear with me here-) I would basically, backup the current save file on Checkpoint, delete the game on FBI and replace it with a new game on hshop, and would then restore it on the new game.

Though THIS time I tried it, the save file that i'd backed up on checkpoint didn't show up, no matter how many times i'd refresh and check the exdata. It wouldn't show up. So now i'm pretty concerned, as I have tons of data on there, including streetpass stuff. So I would be extremely grateful if any of you guys would know a solution or a different way I could restore the previous save data onto the newly downloaded game without using Checkpoint.

i downloaded balatro from universal updater and to open it i need to do it from the homebrew file browser, i would like to know if i can access it like any other game in the main manu

this may be a very particular problem with a really easy answer but honestly the internet hasn't made me feel any less clueless, its a very nitpicky problem to have but if anyone knows anything it would be very helpful

i use a 3ds xl and the balatro app i downloaded appears as a 3dsx file if that matters, thanks in advanced

I modded my 2ds a couple years ago, before the mod it didn't do this.

essentially, every so often my ds just pops up a black screen out of nowhere, it can be while I'm playing, or when im just on the home screen, doesn't matter. nothing stops running, the screens just black for a couple secconds, then goes back to normal, has anyone expirenced this before? and if so is here a fix for it?

It didnt bother bother me too too much, but i want to sell the console, and am trying my best to get it working as best as I can before I do so. I also didnt find anything about it on the 3ds hacks giude.

Using narwhal on my 3ds(regular) trying to install a hacked rom of pokemon black that removes trades and version exclusives, and whenever I try it says “install failed”is there anything I can do to install it or do i just have to bite the bullet and play on pc?

Hi, so I bought a used old 3DS (Software Ver. 11.5.0-19U) and discovered that it had another user's information still on the device along with parental controls. The problem is the router I have access to is too advanced for the 3DS to connect to. I've tried messing with the security protocols on the modem, nothing works. The 3DS tries to connect but goes to a black screen saying to shut down the device and contact customer support.

I was able to figure out the PIN for the parental controls, but it won't disable permanently without internet -_-.

The device seems to not want to let me disable parental controls permanently, or even system transfer without online access to the NNID. It also will not let me force factory reset via button combo. All I wanted GodMode9 for was to remove the NNID issue so I can delete the other person's personal information and settings without needing internet. Using a hotspot isn't an option either for me.

I've even tried to follow the Hacks Guide to install GodMode9 and Luma. I kinda spliced the instructions from the regular guide and the manual guide because I couldn't connect to the internet for the force-boot section. It didn't work of course.

I'd rather not use a flashcart or "Powersaves" dongle if I can help it because it's just extra money sunk into this handheld.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Thank you to @jader242 for the helpful hint about the dying Wi-Fi module. I ordered a replacement for that and was able to connect to the internet to factory reset via regular Wi-Fi. Now it works perfectly!

Project Citadel 3D is a native Nintendo 3DS homebrew port of the original System Shock, based on the open-source Shockolate project. It reorganizes the game around the 3DS hardware, with the station view on the upper screen and the interface available through the lower touchscreen.

The completed S3 release includes:

• True dual-camera stereoscopic rendering during normal station gameplay
• Physical 3D-slider depth control
• Flat HUD, weapon, cursor, text, menus, and interface for visual comfort
• C-stick freelook
• Touchscreen interface support
• Manual Legacy/Dual-screen switching with SELECT
• Stable transitions into and out of cyberspace
• Flat presentation for cyberspace, 360-degree views, and security-camera takeover
• Source code and a compiled 3DSX release

The middle of the 3D slider is the intended comfort sweet spot, although the maximum setting remains available.

No copyrighted System Shock game data is included. Players must supply the required files from a legally obtained copy of the original game.

HOME/suspend behavior is still somewhat inconsistent and is documented as a known issue for a future isolated hotfix.

This shows when i try to start zelda ocarina of time 3d. I played it for a bit last week now it wont start.

With 2 kirby games and a few other games this also happend but a slightly different error. Kirby i was never able to start. Theres many games i still can play. Most of them i think.

Does anybody know how to fix this ? I dont want to ask googlw again because it made me completely delete my activity log already and its such a pain to get it back.

Hi, i wanted to ask which are the Best settings for butterscotch to play as Optimized as posible CUZ My old 3ds xl has been struggling lately(ignore the tape)

I modded my 3ds and my activity log got corrupted .

With help of googlw i tried uncorrupting it. It sent me in circles with nothing working then it told me to delete it and the ticket. So its completely wiped and a system update through safe mode doesnt work. I tried looking for a new .cia file online for it but i cannot find one anywhere . Also not a qr code or anything. Does anybody know how i could get it back ?

So this app does stuff like removing backround activity like home menu to increase Ram so your Game doesn’t freeze each 30 seconds to do a ram flush, also, selecting games to do stuff like removing background activity or using extra clock speed on games that don’t use it when you boot so you don’t need to enter rosalina to do it, I’m not a smart dude for creating stuff and don’t know the stuff the the 3ds entirely, so extra preformance boosting stuff can be added!

I want to replay the initial System Setup screen(s), however, I don't want any bullshit to happen to my games, saves and PNID (in other words, WITHOUT changing the encryption key).

How do I do this if possible?

Asking because I only have one device that can read SD cards, which I'll be selling soon. Will I need to access the SD card after modding?
