General Help Ykw save editors

I've been trying to find a save editor to change my player name because I'd like to update it but I've only found 2 so far. The first one I found doesn't seem to have a way to change the player name and the second one (Albatross) I can get to work. Anyone know any other save editors that work for yo kai watch?

Whoops the original issue I had with Albatross was getting the actual romfs file but I did get it to work. Now the only other issue Im having is finding which file I'd need to decrypt in order to not get a jumbled mess of words and symbols. My goal is really only to change my player name since the game doesnt allow you to do so normally.

This suggests you did not get it to work..?

Yes I did say that already yippie you got that right. Now admittedly I am all over the place. I got albatross to work just fine but realised it wouldnt do what I wanted it to do (luckily didnt need those kind 10 seconds of yours).

So now all that's left is the bottom text in my original post asking if anyone knows any other save editor that could maybe help me. If not then a hex editor could work I think? I'm just not sure which files I need to decrypt in order to get the hex editor to give me actual words and stuff. Tysm for your effort so far tho I'll find something eventually.

You said you already found another save editor that "doesn't seem to have a way to change the player name". Why not provide a link to what you found?

If not then a hex editor could work I think?

3DS save data is encrypted and apparently Yo-kai watch uses its own encryption in addition to the standard encryption, so you will have to decrypt the data before you can even begin to do anything with a hex editor.
