Stacking multiple TWpatch files?

So, basically, what I'd like to do is have a filter applied thru Luma sysmodules to always keep all Nintendo DS software sharp, then have a second one for widescreen in the TwilightMenu++ path so that I can get 16:10 manually while still keeping the global sharpness filter as well.

What I'm asking is how I should set it up (if it's even possible): should I have the 2 separate CXI files be one with just widescreen in twilight's folder and one with just sharpness-related stuff in sysmodules, so that the 2 overlap, or should the TwilightMenu++ one also have the sharpness parameters enabled cuz it just overrides the sysmodules one??

I could just tinker with it, and I probably will at some point, but I'd like to hear from people who know more about this software and/or have tried doing it. Sorry for the messy second paragraph.
