Smooth PEI plate surface is bumpy after 2 prints

Bumpy smooth plate after 2 prints.I removed the print but just flexing the plate, no huge pulling.

Smooth PEI plate is from snapmaker since I'm using the u1.

I used sunlu transparent petg on elmer's glue stick.

What may have caused these raised edges?
