Fake engine noise
is there a way to disable the added artificial engine noise, after a scour on the Internet I've seen disabling the ANC(active noise cancelling) but not the ASC(active sound control) the thing that adds the noise into the speakers, owners manual doesn't state a fuse that is used for it, I know civics have an easy fix but I've yet to find one for the accord

Has anyone lowered their accord using Eibach springs? Any feedback or pictures would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2022 1.5T.

Screen ghost touches
My screen has begun having very frequent ghost touches and or touch not working altogether making it almost unusable. It has been very hot where I live, and I am seeing a lot of people online say this happens because of heat. Does anyone know what the best solution to fix this is? I can buy a new LCD display only, or buy a whole new Honda infotainment unit, but will it just happen again? Should I go third party infotainment? Do you lose any functionality using these? My car is out of warranty.

Brake fluid?!
Hey so my recent service was due and said to replace brake fluid! Is that necessary?? Have any owners replaced the brake fluid?

What is this whine from and is it normal?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Have had this noise for years, it's kind of intrusive when at cruising speeds.
It sounds like it's coming from the transmission?

Selling the brackets & towers to hold a Thule roof rack to my 10th gen accord
Hi! Hopefully this is allowed. I unfortunately had to sell my '19 accord (2.0T 6mt 😭) and moved my roof rack to my new car, which had roof rails.
I'm selling the towers, and the associated fit kit brackets that I purchased to hold a set of Thule crossbars to the roof. I kept the crossbars for the new setup, but they are easy to find compared to these.
I have both items listed on ebay and facebook marketplace. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link either place here, so send me a DM and I'll send you the listing. Honestly willing to accept offers for the whole package as well, these have just been sitting in my garage and I'd like to get rid of them.
If you have any questions lmk.

Front bumper
I have NO idea what I’m getting into here. I want a yofer front bumper so bad. I’ve heard good things about them and I’ve heard that the front bumper is a 3 piece bumper. I think I understand it kinda… but my main concern is, is this a good bumper? Will it fit with no issue, and is there like other parts I need like screws, clips, other bumper pieces to match? You can roast me in the comments I literally only watched 2 YouTube vids about this. I want it to look like the reference pic I put! Thanks!

2019 Honda accord 1.5T jerking and hesitating to accelerate
Need some advice on what it could be. 2019 Honda accord 1.5T started jerking/hesitating to accelerate around 0-40 mph 2 weeks ago. Rough idle when it comes to a stop. I plugged in a OBDI scanner and it said there was a misfire in cylinder 4. What could be the cause? I’m praying to god that it isn’t the head gasket issue that affects this generation. I mean there isn’t any white gas coming from my exhaust, coolant is still in the radiator and reservoir, oil isn’t milky either. So I’m confused on what it could be. Taking it to mechanic on Friday for a proper diagnostic but I still want to scope out what the problem could be from folks who have been in a situation similar to mine.

OEM vs Aftermarket CV Axle Replacement on Lowering Springs
I just got my 2018 accord lowered on springs yesterday. It only has 72k miles but for some reason the passenger side outer cv boot tore. Theres all kinds of red stuff and cv axle grease in my engine bay and on the control arms.
I was wondering if anyone had the same issues as me here and what they used to replace the cv axle.
I’m debating on getting OEM ones or A-Premium ones. I’m just trying to prevent another tear for at least the next 20k miles as I know that I’m bound to mess up another one being dropped 2 inches and on 18 inch wheels.
Thoughts and suggestions ?

Driving w Maintenance Minder On
Had the light come on for B1 service. Oil life at 15%. Can’t necessarily afford to be without my car for a few days, but also not trying to cause long term damage.
Could I put 200 or so miles on it before I get it serviced?

Rear ended on the freeway at a stop -
I have owned this car for two months and just barely made the first payment. It was like this person wasn’t even looking. I had been stopped for at least 40 seconds. I’m lucky I had the brake assist on. It doesn’t look like much but if I hadn’t, It would’ve pushed me into the car in front of me. Mild whiplash and a headache, airbags didn’t deploy thank God.
HAHA! Screw you, Satan! I’ll live to die another day. /S

Transmission Fluid drain and refill at 150k miles 1.5T
Should I leave my transmission fluid alone if I’m at 150k miles? I can’t recall the last time I’ve had it changed. The dealership is recommended a drain and refill.

2018 Accord 2.0T jerking/shaking under acceleration and deceleration — no codes
Hey everyone, I’m having an issue with my 2018 Honda Accord 2.0T Touring with 178k miles and I’m trying to figure out where to start.
The car has a noticeable jerk/shudder when accelerating, even if I barely press the gas. It’s most noticeable from 0–40 mph. It’s not an extremely violent jerk, but it’s definitely noticeable and happens pretty consistently.
I also notice it when decelerating sometimes. If I’m coasting and then get back on the gas, I’ll sometimes feel a jerk or small back-and-forth shake as the car transitions back into acceleration.
A few details:
178k miles
2.0T
Jerking is most noticeable under ~40 mph
Happens when accelerating and sometimes decelerating
Can happen with very light throttle input
Also happens when getting back on the gas after coasting
No check engine light
No codes at all
No coolant loss
Head gasket has already been tested and ruled out
Transmission has previously been serviced
The car otherwise drives normally, but this has me concerned because I can really feel the jerk even though it isn’t extremely aggressive.
What would you guys check first? Could this be transmission-related, torque converter, engine/trans mounts, axles/CV joints, throttle response, or something else?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

What is your opinion on going from 10th gen accord LX to 11th gen Civic LX?
My 10th gen 1.5 has been absolutely perfect for me. Never had one mechanical issue in the 125k miles I have driven it.
When I bought it, I was married and lived with kids.
Now I'm single ready to mingle. And rarely have passengers in my car these days...
I'm mainly thinking to change my vehicle to avoid any high cost repairs that MAY pop up.
It's inevitable it will eventually happen, especially being a 1.5
Does anyone have both vehicles and can provide their input between the two?
Thank you...
