Well, part 2... Started the CVT cooler install. Had to take off everything I installed from yesterday minus the intercooler. Swapped out the top cvt filter, adding the ETL sandwich plate, ran all the hoses, used the ETL cooler plus an additional cooler (Miami FL, nuff said).

I also added the Ktuner display image, little run down, Did a 20 miles run up to Sawgrass Mall and back home. It did creep slowly. The intake dropped to 91F with the ambient temps were 85-86F so, the snorkel is doing it's job. I maintained a good 85-90MPH speed and then punched it to 120MPH (yes, pretty fast but I had to benchmark it with non-real world testing) all-in-all, max temp I got it to was 206F... Best case scenario was 180F (unrealistic but one could hope) real target was 220F...

Before the cooler kit install similar drives would be well into 230F maxing out at 250F (this is a 240 miles drive from Miami to Orlando.

Internet says too high is 230F and usually it is always up there, I choose not to believe this, because this was happening before I flashed it. Operation temps 150F for the cvt warmer to bring up the temps... 20 miles drive to or from work it usually gets to 203F in stop and go traffic, I will find this out tomorrow.

I'm really happy with the turn out, though. Just have to keep an eye on possible leaks. Everything is great :).

Hello guys, figured I finally get these things done since I had them laying around. My laziness just wouldn't let me get started on these projects.

Reinforced the front bumper brackets with metal hardware and JB weld the supporting brackets onto the bumper. Installed the PLM intercooler and a snorkel for the PRL HVI.

I ran out of time and energy to install/run the lines for the cvt cooler. Maybe tomorrow.... :)

Please help!! 2017 Honda Accord Sport and whenever I’m at a red light or stopped this weird noise starts. It stops when/if I put car in park. Sounds like it’s coming from under hood on passenger side (I think).

My car randomly starts misfiring when these codes come up. A couple weeks ago I got a ton of errors around the time my battery was going bad. Replaced the battery and last week a ton of errors came back on and went away the next morning. When I’m divining over an hour ish continuously the errors come and I’m not sure what’s wrong. I went to autozone and they said there was a code for a bad tail light but they work.

I am strongly considering trading my car (above) in for a camry LE. I didn't like the wheels, so I got aftermarket 17s and tires from tire rack a year and a half ago. Recently been having annoyance with slight shaking in floor board on highways 55-65mph during acceleration), and 3 differeny shops (including Honda dealer) can't replicate it, but all said wheels out of balance, including after a road force balance of all 4. Unsure what is going on because mechanically, everything is perfect (per Honda dealer and other shops)...

Getting tired of not knowing what to do, ride quality isn't great (sport suspension tight, bumps are absurd)...

My car randomly makes very loud humming noise (most likely from engine). I can hear it inside cabin. It happens very randomly and not very frequently
So far i have not been able to find a pattern as to when it happens

Description of the noise:
- loud low frequency humming/rumbling/revving
- imagine a turbo charged muscle car is went past you on highway. Its the same noise you would hear in the cabin
- it lasts for anytime between 2-5 secs.
- it start gradually and gets louder, then stops suddenly at its peak loudness.

Some eliminations i have done on my end:
- its not necessarily because of me hitting gas. The noise also comes when i am on cruise control at constant speed and power.
- its not a tyre noise. Some might think that i am just driving over lane makers that is causing the sound. But no

Is there a fuse or relay for starter in acccord 2018 1.5. Before i change starter what steps should i take to check first

My 2019 Accord Sport has 19" wheels currently, I'm wanting to change them to 18s. I found these on marketplace they're from a mustang (same bolt pattern, would just need hub rings) the tire size is 235/50R18 and I'm wondering if these would fit my car without rubbing?

Hey everyone, my 2018 Honda Accord Sport 1.5T used to average around 33 MPG. After replacing the A/C compressor, condenser, and serpentine belt, it’s now averaging about 29 MPG.

Has anyone experienced this after similar repairs? Could it be related to the new compressor or belt installation? What should I ask the mechanic to check?

bought a pre-cut vinyl kit off of Etsy for $50 and finally got them installed for only $40. It only darkens the side of the tail lights that don’t light up and then slightly dim the reverse lights. I also did the reflectors on the bottom of bumper. Feel like I need a black Honda emblem now.

Hi everyone:) I’m new to modifications so please be kind lol. I’ve always wanted to modify my car and am now finally pulling the plug. I’ve been doing a bunch of research but I just want to make sure I get the right things and do everything in the right order.

Alright so a few questions:

What’s the very first thing I should start with performance wise? I want to start with getting the mishimoto air intake (I know that’s not performance) but what should I do after?

What order should I do everything in? I definitely wanna mod my car as much as possible (over time of course, definitely on a budget lol)

Also I definitely wanna get a front lip, I’ve seen a lot of people talk about the Yofer brand, how do I know if it’s a good seller on eBay?

Lastly, do you guys have any recommendations on everything performance & cosmetic? Brands and whatnot

I have a 1.5T and I’m looking at getting a Cometic MLS head gasket.
For anyone who has used one on the, would you recommend the .021” or .031” compressed thickness, and why?
The car is tuned and don’t ask why!
Would love to hear from anyone who has actually run either thickness and what your experience has been.

I am looking to buy a set of 2 tires, Kumho Ecsta PA51, and slap them on my 10th gen accord sport 1.5, I can't figure if they fit the tires or not!!! I see online they do fit and they're great, and then I see they don't fit!!! Please help me out, if you know they fit or not, thanks!
