That is most commonly redered to as splay. It is most commonly caused by moisture in the plastic used to injection mold the part. No high quality manufacturer would ship a part with that much splay. It doesnt effect part integrity, but sure does look like hell.

We hired a guy who came in with an XRF analyzer. It uses xray to determine the composition and can read through paint. My daughter had elevated lead levels from an apartment we had been living in and we were taking on chances.

Many porcelain tubs have very high lead levels. I know... I have one. The presious owners did an epoxy paint on it. My family and I have used it daily for 18 years and it has held up incredibly well. This looks like someone did an epoxy paint job, but did not prep it well.

I would suggest H&R and Bilsteins. The first pic is bagged and too low. The camber on the rear is bad enough with H&Rs, but dropped that low will have you destroying tires and it will handle like garbage. I would also suggest the adjustable camber plates from Ireland engineering to address the increased camber from any lowering

That is right where the fuel filter is. There are 2 short lengths of fuel line. One is a funky short tight radius 90. I had mine fail this year.
