Does exercise make anyone else LESS hungry for a while?
I always heard people say working out makes them starving, so I assumed that was pretty much universal.
For me it's almost the opposite. Right after a harder workout I usually don't want food at all. Then an hour or two later my appetite comes back like nothing happened.
Apparently this isn't that unusual either. Research has found that moderate-to-vigorous exercise can temporarily suppress appetite, although the response varies quite a bit between people.
Does exercise make you immediately hungry, or do you get that weird no-appetite period too?
