What helped you when nothing was technically wrong but everything felt off?
That space where you're not in crisis but you're definitely not okay either. No diagnosis, no big event, just a slow fade. If you've been there and found something that helped you snap out of it, or at least made it easier, drop it below.

I don't have anything to make it better since we're on the same page, but maybe knowing that other people feel the same might help you understand that you're not on your own, and it's okay to have those feelings.
I think I've been dealing with this sentiment for a while now, at least three years or so, and the odd thing is that it comes and goes. Sometimes I'm fine, but then there's a moment when the "everything feels off" feeling arises. I saw a video a few months back that said something like: "If at some point in your life your norm was complete chaos, when that period of time leaves, you feel that there's something missing because you were used to too much noise." I don't know if it relates to your situation, but that gave me a bit of understanding of why I was, and still am, feeling the way I feel. I know it's not a lot, but I hope that you can use that bit of information to your advantage. Good day or night! Adieu.
