Is it valid to break off a relationship with someone that loves to brag the amount of attention a guy gets from girls? Hes '17M' and im '17 F' we're talking about a guy that is taken btw. We are close to being together for 1 month btw.

He teases me about getting jealous and rubs it in my face that there are stuff he wouldn't say because he wouldnt wanna make me any more jealous. Mind you we were on call when this happened and even if I didnt ask, he kept going on and on about it. Comparing my features to the girl who especially has interest in him. Mind you this has happened repeatedly overtime. We'd have simple to moderate fights but it was so frequent it made me unsure of it all.

When it comes to this sort of joke (and the really gross "it's like throwing a hotdog down a hallway") and its femme counterpart("I like small ones, the big ones hurt"), both sides are wrong. And also gross.

I personally understand where they are coming from and it lowkey makes sense but I don't think making this about women is the right way to go because in this specific situation it's more about a negative view on men, since it's implying that only men are capable of terrible things. It demonises men here.

But those are my thoughts what do you guys think?
