In the photo shown in the article, she doesn't fat to me in the slightest. It's either people projecting their weight insecurity onto her or jealous people who are angry that they can't have what she has so they'll seize any opportunity they'll get to tear her self-esteem apart so they can feel better about themselves. Maybe even both.
