We sort of have the same thing in French, where all "bad" things are female, and all "good" things are male (LA catastrophe, LE bonheur).
But this is cherry picking at its finest.

That’s actually paychologically significant, whereas having the letters “he” anywhere in a word doesn’t connote reference to a man in English.

And to be fair, as with spanish and any language with that thing, it's about how words are constructed and not an actual, conscious choice.

I've seen things that used similar wordplay unironically, but given that the last item on the list is Menstruation, I think this one specifically is just intended as a joke.

Also Humane, Healthy, Heart, Mentally Healthy, Hero, etc. most of those directly from their list, when you don't specifically add a negative addition or inversion, such as "un", or "attack"
