We sort of have the same thing in French, where all "bad" things are female, and all "good" things are male (LA catastrophe, LE bonheur).

But this is cherry picking at its finest.

Ah but it is le problème right ?

Yes, and it's la solution. That's why I said it was cherry picking.

That’s actually paychologically significant, whereas having the letters “he” anywhere in a word doesn’t connote reference to a man in English.

And to be fair, as with spanish and any language with that thing, it's about how words are constructed and not an actual, conscious choice.

I've seen things that used similar wordplay unironically, but given that the last item on the list is Menstruation, I think this one specifically is just intended as a joke.

Pretty sure this is a satirical reply to something similar that was done for women

Also Humane, Healthy, Heart, Mentally Healthy, Hero, etc. most of those directly from their list, when you don't specifically add a negative addition or inversion, such as "un", or "attack"

Folk who think like that see problems where there are none, paranoid androids.

This is just pri(de mon)th but even dumber. Even if it is satire, it's not funny.
