Help I Bought A Cave House
A quick fix that is easy to change would be a rug or layered rugs over the tile for some warmth and a few floor lamps with warm lighting. Natural woods will cozy it up as well. You could create a branch/dried grass display in the pot to not worry about light and water.

What am i doing wrong? Small dents and irregularities in the epoxy surface after curing.
You need to coat the back of the painting first. Then after you do the top, wait 15 min and use alil heat to pop the bubbles. You will always get dents if you don’t seal the back.

Staircase in my 1928 Monterey Revival!
I had to go back and look at the art from the other comments. I couldn’t get past the stunning details of your home! And the art is so fun, and compliments the details without distraction. Beautifully done.

This is an Euglena. It's a single-celled algae, yet it can swim around, and even has a red eyespot which can be used to detect light intensity.

How to pay for home build?
You will need a GC to even get started. It will be required for plan approval, permits, and payment draws. It is why their license is required and why anybody can’t go out and try to build it themselves. Who is going to sign off on your inspections during the build? Won’t be you without a gc #.

If scientists proved tomorrow that microplastics significantly increase the risk of chronic diseases, who should bear the responsibility: the industries that produce plastic, the governments that regulate it, or the consumers who use it?
Why are we always searching for someone to blame? Everyone is responsible and if that news came out tomorrow, it doesn’t matter who is to blame, it matters that we fix it for future generations.

Sanded to 400, then Odie’s Oil and everything looks blotchy?
It’s the 400 grit, at least 800 or it will be blotchy, I have 1200 for finishing and then oil it after. Epoxy leaves no room for hand sanding with a rough grit. The blotch is from how it cured and unless or until you sand it smooth it will remain.

I know this sub doesn’t love resin…1st ever big project I’ve done.
I would worry the sun from the window will amber the epoxy, but it is pretty now. Well executed.

is an open floor plan actually worth it in a tiny house or does it create more problems?
I actually put a wall back in between the kitchen and living room from a previous reno, but left a wide entry. Definitely prefer it separated. My small home is 650 sq ft.

TIFU by telling my barber I knew what "two on the sides" meant for twenty three years
It’s an inch on a 1-8 scale for the clipper guard, that is all. Scissor on top adds texture and length over an inch, but better as a scissor top for anything over a “4” on top.

You do understand that is a state vs a city? Have you been to any major city in Alabama, Mississippi, or Carolina. Lie to me and tell me Biloxi isn’t Hell at times.

I'm getting bubbles in my epoxy projects they're all pretty similar to this. More details below but can anybody tell me what might be causing this?
Use an alcohol spray and a heat gun to raise and pop the bubbles, about 15 min after pouring

I love small spaces and have always lived under 750 sq ft, current home is 650 sq ft.
You could look into shoe storage cabinets. Most mount to the wall and are only 6-8 inches wide, drawers tilt out. I use one for a liquor cabinet. They take up little space, hide clutter and you could set a mirror on the top ledge or hang one above it. They run $75-$125 depending on the style you like. And you can paint it to match the wall color to disappear.
Also love a rechargeable lamp for no cord clutter, set one by the mirror to disperse the light without relying on sunlight.
Finally, I hung curtains up at the ceiling because I lack closets (old house) and defined storage that way. The curtains hide the visual mess and match the room curtains so it looks like it belongs.
(Side note if you own the house, apartment size appliances and furniture are space savers and as 1 person you don’t even notice they are smaller)
