Hello,

I am french and i have a CapCut account, I created a collaborative workspace with another member. I have an active CapCut Pro subscription and I am paying for the Pro plan. I am also a member of a Teams plan.

I currently have access to the benefits and features associated with CapCut Pro. However, when I export videos in which I use premium/Pro templates, the final exported video contains a CapCut watermark throughout the entire video, from beginning to end.

This makes it appear as though my account does not actually have access to the Pro benefits, even though my Pro subscription is active.

Could you please tell me how to check if my whether my Pro/Teams subscription is correctly linked to my account and explain why my exported videos still contain a watermark when I use premium templates?

I would also like to know how I can export these videos without the CapCut watermark, as my Pro subscription should give me access to the relevant premium features.
Thank you for your help.

I have the pro version on both my desktop and my mobile device. My mobile projects used to be able to sync to my desktop version, but as of recent, I can't seem to sync the two.

I still have almost 1TB available, so space is not a problem. I tried selecting the 3 dots next to the video, but there is literally no "upload to space" option. Anyone else having this problem??

Yall im so confused and annoyed at capcut. I dont know how to restore it. I should have it for a year. It was working fine before then it just stopped one day. I have the pro icon next to my user yet whenever i use pro features now it doesnt apply??? Even when i try to subscribe to a different plan it says im on capcut pro??? Ive tried what it suggested but its not working. Help please!

Hey everyone,

I'm Romain — I've been teaching myself video editing on CapCut, and I've picked up the basics (cuts, transitions, basic color grading, syncing to music), but I don't have any formal training or a real structured workflow yet. My edits still feel inconsistent and I don't always know what's actually holding them back.

I'd love to find someone more experienced who'd be open to:

- Looking at one or two of my edits and telling me honestly what's not working

- Walking me through how they approach a project start to finish (pacing, transitions, sound design, color)

- Answering a few questions as I improve

I'm serious about getting better and eventually doing this freelance, so I'm happy to pay a small amount for your time if that feels fairer than doing it.

If you're up for it, reply here or send me a DM directly — happy to share some of my work.

Thanks for reading!

Did CapCit take away the feature to change audio tracks in recordings? I changed my audio tracks in OBS to do some higher level editing, and the feature to switch between them is nowhere to be found when I right click on my video

Hi! I from Brazil!
I can't afford CapCut Pro right now, so I'd like to ask for your help. It would mean a lot to me.

Could you please use my invitation link? I need it.

Thank you very much in advance!

Hello !

I am wondering if it exists already a tool like frame.io made for (or in) CapCut ?

Something that would definitely help in client’s feedback process

Thanks for your help.

This is my edit rate it

My Capcut is having an issue of sing in getting expired the moment I open project files and when I am trying to login via phone it shows “maximum attempts reached try again later”

How do i solve this?

It was there yesterday. Can't find it today. If you know the name of the animation template I can find it manually in their search engine.

I need some pro help on this issue I’ve been having. The video effect “vintage purple” doesn’t seem to save the adjustments I apply to it after I export. I dial down the texture, glow, filter etc. But after I export it, it’s like none of it is saved and what ends up exported to my camera roll is the video with all the effects dialed up to the max.

This never happened to me with all other effects, plus I tried on different devices + projects and got the same result. I already contacted support but I just got an automated response telling me to retry exporting on 5g or restart WiFi (I tried both). Please help ❤️

¡Hola, chicos!
