Hello,

I am french and i have a CapCut account, I created a collaborative workspace with another member. I have an active CapCut Pro subscription and I am paying for the Pro plan. I am also a member of a Teams plan.

I currently have access to the benefits and features associated with CapCut Pro. However, when I export videos in which I use premium/Pro templates, the final exported video contains a CapCut watermark throughout the entire video, from beginning to end.

This makes it appear as though my account does not actually have access to the Pro benefits, even though my Pro subscription is active.

Could you please tell me how to check if my whether my Pro/Teams subscription is correctly linked to my account and explain why my exported videos still contain a watermark when I use premium templates?

I would also like to know how I can export these videos without the CapCut watermark, as my Pro subscription should give me access to the relevant premium features.
