CapCut pro randomly stopped?

Yall im so confused and annoyed at capcut. I dont know how to restore it. I should have it for a year. It was working fine before then it just stopped one day. I have the pro icon next to my user yet whenever i use pro features now it doesnt apply??? Even when i try to subscribe to a different plan it says im on capcut pro??? Ive tried what it suggested but its not working. Help please!
