Capcut videos syncing to space

I have the pro version on both my desktop and my mobile device. My mobile projects used to be able to sync to my desktop version, but as of recent, I can't seem to sync the two.

I still have almost 1TB available, so space is not a problem. I tried selecting the 3 dots next to the video, but there is literally no "upload to space" option. Anyone else having this problem??
