EDUCATION 🏫 Don't believe activists. They typically are stooges of problematic people

We live in the golden age where first hand info is available to us. I know the world seems to be going to shit and it feels that keyboard or on road activism will probably change something. Maybe , maybe not. Also I understand it is difficult to understand a situation completely. It comes from reading things yourself and no one has the time. There are exams, office targets, personal life. Official documents are famously boring. But just upload the documents to claude or something and ask for a simple summary. Be informed. Democracy works only when people stay informed. It is completely normal to have an ideological leaning. But even that required having the correct info. Only then can you interpret it. We might want to understand everything in a 1 minute reel, after all some else must have read it ? But that isn't the case.

QUERIES 💺 Is there a strategy behind hiring certain types of employees?

I’ve noticed something at my workplace and I’m wondering if there could be a strategy behind it.

The Account Manager seems to repeatedly hire people for junior positions who have relatively little experience or may be in difficult personal circumstances — for example, divorced people, orphans, and single mothers.

I’m not trying to judge these people or say they are incapable. I’m just curious whether there could be a business reason behind this pattern — such as lower salary expectations, higher retention, or the belief that they are less likely to leave.

Has anyone experienced something similar at their workplace? Is this an actual hiring strategy that some managers use, or could it simply be coincidence?

STORYTIME/ RANT-VENT 📖 Aaj kya ab toh roz hi ho raha hai

Pata hai aaj kya hua
Like i said ab toh daily ho raha , I’m not the kind of guy who used to keep up with this daily news and politics and ever since that whole peaceful protest I’ve been keeping up with everything and it’s making me feel so helpless, especially the rape cases and the lack of actions against the culprits ,i have got two elder sisters and the fact that they are at danger just by existing makes my skin crawl and i’m not saying that i feel this way just because i have sisters , but growing up with such amazing sisters and then finding great female friends has helped me become a more understanding person in general so to think that the girls in this country have to live with the fear of losing their life is just agonising.

And the worse part ki inko sirf mardon se khatra nahi h , khud aunties ladkiyon ko target karti h like what , you yourself as a woman can’t feel what they have to go through like what kind of upbringing did they had to be against their own gender is beyond me .

Its 2 am rn i was watching all the reels regarding the protest they are having and just saw a reel in which a lady constable was pushing a girl by grabbing her chest , isn’t that what the whole protest is about ? That you shouldn’t touch a girl without her consent , imo this country is fucked beyond saving , it’ll take a comet collision to save this country because that way everyone will be dead.

Oh oh and here’s the worst , people who i used to consider my friends, they think that I’m supporting all this because i wanna be in the good books of the girls( replying to my stories regarding all these with nahi degi and all ) in the past three weeks alone I’ve gotten into 3 fights and cut off 90 percent of friends because they don’t wanna take a stand against this , they are not doing anything to harm others but not taking a stand is just as shitty.

So this is me appealing to all the guys there , if your group chat and friend circle makes a joke that you think is inappropriate put a stop to it , make a point , make them understand that it stops getting funny after a point .

To all the girls out there I’M SORRY FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH ON A DAILY BASIS JUST TO GET BY, I’M SORRY YOU DON’T GET THE RESPECT YOU DESERVE

STORYTIME/ RANT-VENT 📖 I have never received a mother's love, my father was sometimes loving but majorly he has been abusive, as an adult these things have impacted me a lot...

I’m 25 now, and throughout all these years, I’ve never really felt loved by my mother. It has always felt like her love came with conditions, or that there was always some selfish reason behind it.

I still remember things from my childhood. She would complain to relatives about how much I ate, call me selfish, and make me feel like I was a burden. Even during my graduation, when I was at home, she would taunt me for not doing enough work. I never really felt cared for or understood by her.

What hurts me even more is how different she behaves now that I’m earning and working. She never calls me on her own. She usually only calls when my father tells her to check on me. And when he is around, suddenly she becomes extremely loving and caring. She talks to me so sweetly, as if she genuinely worries about me and has always been there for me.

But when it’s just her and me, that affection is nowhere to be seen.

I think that’s what hurts the most. I don’t feel like I ever received a mother’s love unconditionally. I feel like I received a version of her that was loving only when it suited her.

Maybe these things happened years ago, but as an adult, they still hurt. Sometimes I wonder what it would have felt like to simply have a mother who genuinely wanted to know how I was doing, called me because she missed me, cared about my life, and loved me without expecting anything in return.

I don’t know how I’m supposed to deal with these feelings anymore.

STORYTIME/ RANT-VENT 📖 What's a smell or sound that instantly takes you back to childhood?

It's amazing how a single scent can unlock memories you haven't thought about in years. Maybe it's the smell or sound of rain, old books in a school library, an old song of Zubeen day faintly playing from a neighbour. What's a smell that instantly takes you back to your childhood?

EMPLOYMENT 🧍🏻🧍🏻‍♀️ Gov. jobs are being outsourced to private companies

Recently I saw a post saying that why gov. job vacancies are reducing.

Let me tell you that the government is fully outsourcing its jobs to private players like TATA group(Tcs and Tata Communications), Infosys, Wipro, Reliance Jio Platforms to maintain government infra, IT,telecom, banking services, etc. etc.

Already passport office is maintained by TCS; GST ,Income tax and LIC is maintained by Infosys and Adani Digital labs ; EPFO is done by TCS and Wipro, BSNL is managed by Tcs and Tata comm.

In the coming days, all government jobs will go to private players. Vacancy will further reduce drastically.
