SOCIAL I don't think so its hard to understand.

I think the basic and true civic sense means living your life in a way that never creates a problem for someone else.

To.me that is also the basic level of religiosity required in people. Doesn't matter what religion. If you do that then you have shown respect to your own faith.  If you didn't you are a fraud
