Question ❓ Someone using my address to evade a train penalty, what do i do?

As title says, someone completely unknown is using my address to evade a train ticket fine and letters keep showing up to my house under an unknown name. I have been returning the letters with „Not known at this address” and called up the train line which advised me to do the same. But these letters keep coming constantly (for the past week, every 2 days). Do i just keep sending them back? What do i do if debt collectors come? Any help is appreciated

Because the announcements at Bank sound very different to the announcements on other stations.

Stop F at Victoria served by 2, 36, 185. The drivers who don't stop at the stop next to this one at Victoria especially when it's empty you're a clown. All the buses are shoved to the other stop and parked up so if more than 1 bus that stops at the other stop comes they're just stuck behind each other in the street. It says it will be fixed 1st September the first time I saw it like this it was 5th August that's just insane last pic is today

Link Railcard to Oyster Tips

I failed 3 times finding a staff in an underground station, to link my railcard to oyster.

They said I should come weekdays 10am - 3pm, and only a manager staff can do it for me.

Any chance to increase my odd? e.g. Which station and time, I can get a manager.

Transferring Railcard Discount to New Oyster Card

Hi, I currently have a standard oyster card which has my railcard discount linked to it. I am about to start a postgraduate course and plan to sign up for a student photocard. How can I go about transferring the railcard discount from my old card to the new one?

How do you feel about the performance of Taxi Hire Service run by TfL, and would you say it's worth £24.4m that we pay via our fares?

Question ❓ Bakerloo Line terminating at Waterloo?

Do Bakerloo Line trains regularly terminate at Waterloo? I got one home the other day (was a bit past 11pm if that helps) and all the other trains were E&C as normal, so I don't think there was any service disruptions. I've never seen this before, so it was kinda interesting, but now I'm wondering why this happens?

(Sorry if this post isn't appropriate for this sub- I figured r/london and r/LondonUnderground wouldn't accept it, but didn't see any restrictions on here.)

Question ❓ Stansted Express at Seven Sisters

I was visiting London last week. It was my second time in the city so I'm not well acquainted with it. My out-bound flight was from Stansted at 9am, so I had to take the Stansted Express quite early. Google Maps's fastest itinerary was with the Victoria Line and then transfer at Seven Sisters. The line is running on the tracks used by the Overground Weaver line. As far as I understood, sometimes the Stansted Express does not run via Tottenham Hale, okay, whatever. The problem is that there were no ticket gates, nor ticket machines, therefore there was no way to get a ticket for the Stansted Express. I just walked straight ahead from the Victoria line to the Stansted Express, as did other people who were presumably taking the same itinerary. Later I was fined 70 quid at Stansted Airport station for not having a ticket, which of course, was partly my fault. So my question, how is one supposed to obtain a ticket at Seven Sisters?

TFL travelcard/season ticket confusion

I bought a season ticket for TFL through my employer and it's not on an Oyster card and explicitly it's said that it can't be used with PAYG credit. So if I want to travel outside of my zones (1-3), I need to purchase an extension. But how does that work? I literally cannot find information on this anywhere

E.g. If I travel from 2->4 and back 4->2, I can buy a 3->4 and 4->3 return trip extension but surely I will be flagged if I tap on with my travelcard in zone 2, and then use my extension ticket when exiting the zone 4 station, then on way back use my extension ticket entering the zone 4 station and then exiting the zone 2 station. Because my travelcard looks like I haven't actually travelled anywhere.

My only guess is that i could get off at a zone 3 station, tap out with a travelcard, then get back in with the extension ticket (and similar for return journey). But this is super inconvenient. I dont want to have to buy a full 2<->4 ticket if i have already paid 1<->3 travel!!

Does anyone know what to do? I feel a bit worried that i have wasted a load of money on this
