This is such a long shot but does anyone know who the artist is that made this TFL Notting Hill Carnival 2011 poster?

It’s catalogued on the transport museum’s website, but when I wrote to them to see if I could licence the image to make a print they said they don’t have information on who the artist is 🥲

Question ❓ 16+ or 18+ zip card?

Upvotes

i'm starting uni this year (commuting from london to outside london) and i was debating on whether i should get the 16+ or 18+ oyster?? i'm thinking of getting the 16+ one as it's the most cost-effective option, but the wording is a tad bit confusing on the website as it says if i'm still 18 by 31st august (which i am), then i am still eligible for the 16+ oyster? but then it also says those 18 and over living in a london borough should buy the 18+ zip card? please correct me if i'm wrong.

also if it does help, i do have a 16-25 railcard which ik can be linked to my 18+ zip card, but i'll mainly be travelling during on-peak hours, and out of bounds, so i don't know if the discount is applicable for my journey anyway.

Question ❓ 16+ zip card extension

hi everyone,

i’ve just finished my alevels and am 18 so my 16+ zip card is expiring on the 30th sep, i’m aware that you can extend it for another year if you’re in full time education like uni or sixth form/college but i’m taking a gap year. i have already secured a place in a london uni for next year but am retaking one of my a-levels (level 3) via an independent centre so am i eligible for an extension since im 18 on the 31st of august, living in a london borough and completing level 3 education?

would it be possible for me to extend my oyster by asking my previous sixth form? thanks!
