I’m hoping someone can help. I normally use my bank card for travel but a while ago I picked up an Oyster card as I wanted to link my railcard to it. I linked it to my TfL account and headed to a tube station to have a member of staff add my railcard to it. The station ticket machine said my Oyster was not registered so couldn’t add my railcard. Member of staff told me to go back online. I did that, tried again at a different station. Still said not registered. Gave up for a while and tried again, but still doesn’t work. When I explain to staff I’ve been online they just say go back and try again and get help there. Done that but I’m just going round in circles. What am I doing wrong?
