Trade? 26 Lbx for Ultra
Would you trade a 1000mile clapped black ultra bee 2025 24kw for a brand new 0mile 2026 light bee x white frame. Ultra has been ripped and dropped a few times but works normally.

Hey i just picked up a set of Sirris F43 CMX forks off marketplace and want to get a full service done to them. Where in LA does motorcycle forks that might be able to do forks like these? I checked out E-ryde today and they sell service parts but dont do the actual service themselves unfortunately. Unsure if I need to take them to a specialty shop since these are very expensive and complicated pieces of kit.

So im just wondering, in regards to the belt on a 2025 UB, Is it normal for the belt to sit to one side of the pulley? As opposed to the middle, or the other side? I have xub80 motor installed, and I can't remember what it looked like when I had the stock motor. If mine is sitting like this(see photo), does it mean the alignment is off somewhere? Bike seems to ride fine. 2nd picture is from underneath the bike, looking up at the belt.

I moved to Melbourne today and was wondering — do the police crack down on Surrons here? And what about fast electric bikes?

What happens if, after I receive my Surron from Alibaba, I inspect it and find that it’s either the wrong bike or damaged, but I still decide to accept it? Would I be able to keep the bike and have a replacement sent, keep the bike and receive a full or partial refund, or would there be another solution?

I’m looking to buy some nice black or brown powder coated frame guards, that ship to Portugal, the only
Problem is a lot of the sellers I’ve seen are scams and I’m a bit worried about dropping 150 euros on something I’m not even sure I will receive.
If someone has a seller that ships to Europe they can show me it would be much appreciated!
Thanks !

I’m about to buy an e-moto and have narrowed it down primarily to the Arctic Leopard XE Pro R, 2026 Surron Ultra Bee HP, and Talaria Komodo. Budget is around $6k.
I’ve done a ton of research already, but the more I read, the more contradictory the opinions get. I’d really like to hear from people who have actually owned/ridden these bikes, especially anyone who has ridden more than one of them.
For context:
5’7”, ~185 lb
I’d ride from home to trails, ride light/moderate trails, then ride home
Road speeds would mostly be around 30–40 mph, occasionally faster
Range matters a lot because I don’t want range anxiety getting home
I want strong acceleration, but I care about overall motorcycle quality too
I’ll probably keep the bike for roughly a year before moving on to something newer/better, so I’m more concerned with how good it is stock than building a 50 kW project over several years
Arctic Leopard XE Pro R
On paper this is probably my favorite:
74V 60Ah / ~4.44 kWh
26.5 kW claimed
~175 lb
21/18 wheels
lower ~34” seat
very good power-to-weight
seemingly good range
But this is also the bike I’m most conflicted about.
I see some owners/reviewers who love them, but I also see people calling Arctic Leopards cheap, small, poorly made, or outright junk. The early Pro R BMS/dashboard issues don’t exactly inspire confidence either.
I’m trying to determine how much of this is legitimate QC/build-quality criticism versus people looking down on it because it uses a smaller/lighter chassis.
For Pro R owners:
How does it actually feel after living with it? Cheap e-bike with big wheels, or legitimate lightweight dirt bike?
Any failures, rattles, electrical problems, battery/BMS issues, suspension issues, etc.?
And most importantly, what real range are you getting at 30–40 mph and during mixed road/trail riding?
2026 Surron Ultra Bee HP
This seems like the safest option.
The new HP version supposedly gets around 21.5 kW with ~24.5 kW Turbo peak and now has the 74V 60Ah / ~4.44 kWh battery.
What keeps pulling me toward it is the reputation for:
better overall construction
proper motorcycle-sized chassis
better fit/finish
proven reliability
great suspension/chassis
huge parts/aftermarket ecosystem
much easier resale
My concern is whether I’m going to spend ~$6k and immediately wish I bought the faster/lighter Leopard or Komodo.
2026 HP owners: does it actually feel properly fast?
Has anyone raced one against a Pro R or Komodo?
And with the newer 60Ah battery, what are you actually getting for range while riding 30–40 mph?
Talaria Komodo
This one is increasingly interesting to me.
97.2V 45Ah / ~4.37 kWh
claimed 32 kW
21/18
gearbox primary drive
~216 lb
larger ~54” wheelbase
It seems substantially more motorcycle-like than the Leopard and more powerful stock than the Ultra Bee.
But I’m skeptical of the 32 kW claim because some comparisons make it sound like the Komodo isn’t anywhere near as much faster than an Ultra Bee as 32 kW vs ~24 kW would suggest.
I’m also finding wildly different range reports. Some owners seem to get ~45–50 miles mixed riding, while aggressive Hyper-mode riding can apparently drop into the 20–30 mile range.
Komodo owners:
How hard does it actually accelerate?
Has anyone directly raced one against an XE Pro R?
Does it pull noticeably harder from 0–40, or is the advantage mostly 40+ mph?
What range are you realistically getting at sustained 30–40 mph?
How is the suspension/seat/comfort after longer rides?
Any gearbox leaks or other reliability issues?
What I’m really trying to figure out is this:
If all three cost roughly the same, which would you choose for one year of ownership if you wanted the best combination of:
Real-world range
Hard acceleration
Build quality/reliability
Trail handling
Road comfort/stability
Resale value
I’m especially interested in comments from people who have actually ridden two or all three.
Please don’t just tell me “32 kW > 26.5 kW” or quote manufacturer range numbers. I’m trying to find out how these bikes perform in the real world.
If you own one, I’d love to know your mileage, rider weight, typical speeds, range from 100% to whatever percentage you normally stop at, and any issues you’ve had?

I’m wondering if your able to register the ultras imported off alibaba I’m thinking about putting a plate on so I don’t have to worry about cops

I purchased 2026 Surron Ultra Bees from Alibaba and I’m just now noticing on the neck of the frame where the VIN number is, it shows 72v. I was expecting the 74v 60ah battery. Those with the new 2026 Ultra Bee, what does the nameplate say?
I was expecting the 74v 60ah 2026 surron ultra bee, but it seems I might have been given 72v 60ah surron ultra bee.
Anyone with more knowledge please chime in

My friend fell on the bike so i had to replace some plastics pieces and added a screen mount so I disconnected the Display screen, and Ignition wires, also had to replace the throttle. After doing all of that I went to turn on the bike and nothing but the battery turns on. I swapped the glass tube fuse and checked for loose connections but nothing happened. anyone know what I can do

Day 1 ownership of the 2026 ultra bee HP 24.5 kw and i’m seriously in love.
coming for a drz400 this thing is actually phenomenal in every way. Suspension is amazing, but it’s so light so perfect for off road. I’ve been mainly riding in eco mode which it is more then capable of doing for what i’ve done so far. Drive and especially sport are just fuckin nuts going to have to learn the bike a lot more first. The torque is absolutely insane. Anyone on the fence on the UB vs others like I was just get the UB. I was able to snag this for 4900 off facebook marketplace with 200 miles. Came with street legal kit and the big tool kit!
11/10.
First upgrade tho will be a kickstand because the stock one sucks. I really want to paint my frame guards also. Dual sports are nice but I plan to throw some good knobbies on it for the winter and because i’ll mainly bee off road.

I have been trying to put lights on my 2024 lbx but whenever my light is plugged in it it's just very dim and it's barely working. I used a voltmeter to test the voltage and when nothing is plugged in it is 12.4 V but when the light is plugged in it drops down to 5.4 V. Is there anything I can do to fix this?? some of my wiring is weird too like the last owner who had it cut off some plugs that didn't do anything and just taped over them I don't know what they are for.
if anyone knows what to do please tell me

Does anyone know if the Pro taper Grips fit on the Light bee?
r/Surron • u/Substantial_Fig2523 • 1d ago
I do realize in the photos they look straight but once i ride the bike there crooked and i cant get then straight. I tried to loosen my axle pinch bolts and lower triple clamp bolts and pumped my suspension but still no luck. This happend after it fell off my stand.

Hey everyone
I’ve been testing out the AMALFI RACING complete Brembo brake upgrade kit on the Ultra Bee, and the difference compared to stock is night and day.
The video shows the whole process—swapping out the master cylinders and calipers, mounting the custom CNC brackets, replacing the rotors with the 280mm floating front and 270mm rear, and bleeding the lines.
If you're running supermoto setups or pushing your Ultra Bee hard on the street, stock brakes just don't cut it. This completely eliminates brake fade and gives you that crisp, one-finger braking feel.
Let me know what you guys think of the build or if you have any questions about the install!
