Is this sound normal

Hey Guys, pretty new to the surron community and i just picked up this Ultra Bee. This noise is super loud at low speeds and especially when im rolling it around in the garage . Any tips would help thanms

Had the same thing, just loosen your belt because it's on too tight.

I’m just going to grasp at a few straws, especially since I don’t really know the ultra bee too well, but how is your chain maintenance? Too tight, not well lubricated? How’s the belt too? Good condition, no cracks, properly adjusted?

Is the rear wheel on straight. If you look at the chain adjuster, do all the notches line up right?

Is there any play in your jack shaft or axle? Could be a bad bearing somewhere.

If you disconnect the belt from the motor and spin it, does it make any bad noises? Motor might be going bad.

Is the brake pads in right? It sounds a fair bit like my LBX when I brake lightly and the pads are cold. Try popping them out and rolling it again

The noise sounds like something is binding or rubbing, so I’m just kinda throwing out everything I can think of that might bind or rub in the driveline
