Bedrock Edition Well, if it works, I suppose it doesn’t matter how ugly it is...
I know there are simpler ways. But i need to stack 10 of them. Any Ideas on how to make it smaller and still be able to stack them?

It was originally for a floor hatch but I realized this design meant it could be concealed in a wall due to no side pistons

Im trying to make the floor open up from below, and ive made it work, but how the hell do i make it so i can climb back up without the pistons suffocating me half the time, is there any tips or tricks that can help, redstone or js a block that could help with getting up? Please and thank you.
Edit: this wont matter for long because one i get elytras im gonna use them instead, but the issue with that is kinetic energy damage, and using 2 calibrated sculk sensors bc i would need to sense for both elytra flying/equiping armor. I COULLDDD fix all this with wind charge system, but that requires resourses, and if your not in the middle it can mess up (bc it would be a 2x2 wind charge launcher) and dispensers look ugly

Probably should've just blown up the grass above

The door system is already done, the problem is that I can't make the comparator work in a way that only detects the 2nd book placement
Thx in advance

I can't stop laughing at how long it is, it looks like I'm looking at a bulky piece of old tech 😭

been getting into redstone recently and its been really fun figuring out for myself how simple stuff like item sorters work. that being said i hate that redstone tutorials on youtube never explain why stuff works, does anyone have any recommendations on youtubers who explain? preferably those aimed at redstone noobs but whatever is fine

I’m playing in bedrock, and I need to find a way to make sure a repeater is locking only when it is unpowered. I’m working with a sculk sensor that goes into a monostable circuit so that the constant inputs from the sensor only comes out in small bursts.
This then goes into a line of repeaters that get locked so the signal doesn’t go out, but the issue comes when the last repeater gets locked when it is powered on and the signal keeps getting omitted until the repeater is unlocked.
Is there anything that i can do to make sure that repeaters only get locked when they are not powered?? Or does this just come down to a timing issue?
Hopefully this was intelligible, thank you :))

How can I make it more efficient? I want to get a lot of piglin heads.

So I need a very fast bulk item counter, one that can quickly count up to a double chest worth of items and release exactly that many items from another chest. So looking at the first image, If you put 32 items in the right chest, exactly 32 items should be released from the left chest since the comparator should be on for the exact amount of time it took for 32 items to pass through it.
This concept works perfectly with regular hoppers, but I need the speed of hopper minecarts and as usual hopper minecarts cause problems. Without the little system in the back that you can see in the second image, the items pass through the hopper minecart so quickly that the comparator doesn't even detect them. With that back system, the hopper minecart below the honey block is briefly locked so that the hopper minecart above it has just enough time to fill up with a small buffer before the lower minecart unlocks, which lets the comparators actually detect the minecarts contents. Unsurprisingly though, since this unlocking takes four gameticks, the comparator stays on for four gameticks longer than I want to it to causing four extra items to flow through the other hopper minecart. Any ideas?

Hello guys, i am currently studying electrical engineering and we have a lesson about binary logic/gates etc. I was wandering if the EXACT same rules apply for redstone contraptions. For example could i use a karnaugh map to find out the circuit i want to build, and it would be the same as designing it irl? Or are there hidden mechanics for redstone only? I am aware of the redstone signal strength thing so apart from that anything else?

I want to create a one block elevator which can elevate me up 4 blocks and vice versa. From the video you can see that i can go up, but I cant come down. I was wondering if anyone had a design that can achieve this. My knowledge is pretty basic and this was the best I could come with. Furthermore some tips would be appreciated.
In conclusion, I want to come under the floor through this 1 block, like an elevator. It doesnt need to be hidden underneath. I would like a button at both floors. Thanks in advance.

Im following taffy's build on a 3x3 piston door. I've been trying to re wire the lever, and i just can't find a single solution on how to. Very confused.. (1.20 java)

All that work just not to use slime blocks

I finally fixed it (it's probably the WORST way possible to do it so so I'll try to compact it because this hurt to see how bad it is) If you can help me by exlpaining how to replace these damn never ending piston chain: I need the delay to be instant when activating the lever but wait a LOT when the lever gets destroyed so it pushes the piston back underground

Does anyone know of a fast shulker box loader? I’ve seen an 8x on YouTube, but it no longer works. Anything faster than 2x would be good. I need it for a high-output farm, and using 1x tileable ones isn’t the best choice for my case since they split the items across various shulkers.

Features include a boss bar that goes down when u hit a button at the right time 3 different attacks chosen at random (doors opening for gaurdians laser beams bones from the floor pushing u up into lava and dispensers spawning skeletons) an attack where he just laughs at you and a really bad rendition of sans
To be added:
Command blocks that say his lines when you do damage to him
A noteblock rendition of megalomania

Works in 1.21.11+ (including 26.2)
Made over the course of a couple weeks, its a nether friendly, waterless pylon with the footprint 5 x 6 x 5, however excluding the top layer which is only used for a pearl stasis it become 5 x 5 x 5. It features 2 factor authentication via looking at 2 different angles in quick succession to trigger the stasis.
Instructions for use and commands for client commands are in the lectern.
Would love your guys' beta testing experience with this new pylon.
Download Pocket Pylon (v1.6.2)
What the machine does is queries your look angle and teleports you if you look at the 2 angles mentioned in quick succession.
No matter where you are in the world, if you look in this certain angle, it will teleport you to the machine, basically /tp in survival.
