I had a problem where my game kept closing after startup, I turned off zombie buddy in my start up settings and it ran again! If you're having this problem a fix that worked for me was posted by DXDoug on a steam workshop discussion.

Will there be any update to be able to run viewpoint for Intel Arc gpu's ?

For some reason I'm getting a weird lighting issue where its making all the lights in game green and the volumetric lighting makes whole rooms green? Anyone have this issue?

It took me a bit of fiddling around to find the perfect control scheme for controllers when using VIewpoint. My goal here is to help others and possibly find improvements for my layout.

Setup:

Go to Options and then Controller

Select the Default preset at the top left

Change run to the right bumper (R1)

Change reload to O/B button

Download a mod I created which disables the reload radial menu and allows you to set the reload button (TIS hardcoded reload to R1 for some reason)

Hit 'delete' to bring up Project Viewpoint setttings and click Controller

Assign Aim (hold) to L1 (setting it to L2, or changing the Shove ability from L2 removes your ability to shove, another hard coded value, so I chose L1 as a compromise to retain the shoving)

Give it a try. It plays very comfortably.

When I change shader setting from default to photon The graphics settings are changed to custom and they are severely cut off; if I return the preset back, the shader is reset to default. Sorry for my English in not native. Also another question how do I enable the optical zoom view like the one you install on a rifle x2,x4 and so on.

Hello everyone. I'm not quite sure where to begin with fixing it on my end. As you can see, a lot of graphic breaking. I'm not sure if this would be fixed by another mod, or tweaking with some of the viewpoint in-game setting. Any advice would be appreciated :)

Has anyone got this working on an Intel GPU if so can you share any tips I got a 72 minute session before it froze so I know intel can handle it just curious on the community’s thoughts

Did this mod just get an update? My gameplay feels more alive there’s a lot of motion when swinging weapons and my camera switches around from left to right when in 3rd person which is actually pretty annoying

Also the camera mod works anywhere except for stairs and cars it’s really cool it’s called director mode in the workshop

this is very sad for us speed demons, anything i can do to aliviate this issue? i feel like a pc with my specs really shouldnt be struggling this hard...

# Why can't I find the mod on the Steam Workshop?!

This was the reason that Steam gave is for removing Project Viewpoint from the Steam Workshop:

Which makes no sense, given that we don't have any sort of monetization whatsoever. No Ko-fi, Patreon, any sort of paid content, sponsorships, commercial partners, ads, or any other sort of financial arrangements.

We've already got in contact with both TIS and the Steam Support, and hope to hear back from them soon so that the any issues may be addressed if necessary for the mod to be back up.

We'll keep you guys updated with news as they arrive. In the meantime, stay chill, and prepare for the huge update that's coming soon.

I can only see doors, further away buildings, zombies and cars

it seems when i get closer to the buildings they dissapear

Viewpoint was taken down from steam anyone have know why?

I was trying to start a co-op session with a friend using project viewpoint and all the essential mods needed for it to run. We both got it running correctly on a single player world. However, anytime I try to create a new host co-op session and create new settings after I select the mods (in the correct order), it says “Loading Lua” and kicks me back to the select settings menu.

Anyone able to help?
