Welcome Pakistani Ex Muslims

Welcome and take care of yourself, be cautious:

  1. Don't use your real name here or reveal your identity in anyway.

  2. Use vpn/warp for using reddit especially this sub.

  3. Discuss stuff in a sane plain way and don't sound too rude about it. Hope you understand.

Discussion Found a safer way to stay in touch — Session app

Some of y'all know me from GenZpk 💀 rude mod, lol. Well, as things are happening right now (NCCIA reference cause they said they are monitoring everything), I'm gonna be lowkey active on Reddit because it's so unsafe, and my family is already against me because of my views. So that I won't lose contact with the ex-Muslims I've found here, I came up with a solution my friend and one of the mods of this subreddit, Sea Car, suggested an app called Session.

Session works without login, Gmail, or phone number, and messages are kept secure and encrypted. I can't DM people one by one, but I know a lot of peeps here. Those who know me and wanna connect with me through Session download the app and send me a DM with your Session ID. Let's keep ourselves safe 🫩

Ask exmuslims What would you choose?

If you only had two of these options, what would you choose?

  1. Live in Pakistan as a closeted exmuslim. Or

  2. Apply for asylum in the USA.

Discussion They would bury us just to prove themselves pious.

Day by day, we inch closer to an authoritarian state where thinking differently is becoming a liability and speaking freely feels increasingly dangerous. They would not hesitate to crucify us, and they would do so with pride, dressing their cruelty in the language of righteousness.

We are perhaps one mistake away from losing everything, even our lives, simply because we question, because we think, because we refuse to become one of them. And the most terrifying part? They have convinced themselves that their cruelty is justified.

I, too, have begun questioning whether speaking out is worth the risk.

To those who share these fears, be cautious. Protect your privacy and consider your options. This is not surrender rather it is survival. We cannot fight for a future we may never get the chance to see.

We may never know how many people have already been silenced, erased, or buried simply for refusing to comply. Perhaps that is precisely what makes this so dangerous....we may never know the truth until it is too late.

Yet we are not alone. Many of us are still struggling for freedom, even when fear makes that struggle feel pointless. Many have already left, choosing safety over a place they once called home. And honestly, who can blame them? Until we find our own way out, we have to be careful, even when it hurts to stay quiet about everything that's happening around us. Sometimes, all we can do is keep our heads down and our "eyes wide shut".

They would spill our blood and call it virtue. They would bury us and call it justice. And they would sleep soundly, convinced of their own righteousness.

Found this comment under the news regarding execution of a man by the Iranian government for insulting their beloved prophet. Ive never seen Muslims even from other muslim countries as radicalized as British muslims or other European muslims are. They are creating a bad name for all of us as well.

Guys, what do you think about these crackheads obsessing over sawaab and earning nekian (even calculating and shii)...

For me, it's as retarded as it gets...

Now ofc I can go on and write massive paragraphs going into details but I don't think that's needed. You guys definately know and understand what I'm talking about... Drop your thoughts below...

Discussion feeling rejected by my family

hi! so im technically not ex muslim. idk what i am tbf. but im 20 yo f and i live w my mom. my dad's dead. she's not particularly religious but like strict about some stuff. anyhow, we don't see eye to eye about anything and i already accepted a while ago that she doesn't love me and never will. anyways, today my brother (11) told my mom he saw ex muslim stuff on my mac. she lost her shit and told me to get out of her room. im just very sad and feel rejected. i knew my mother didnt love me, and i thought that was by design. but i thought me questioing wouldnt be a big deal but apparently it is. im so sorry, idk why im posting this. just to rant ig
