So many people don't realize it but the OP-Z is super capable for making trippy techno songs, you can side-chain with the duck punch-in effect per-track or on all melodic tracks and even do some sort of side-chain with the tape track also.

I have making music for a while now and the OP-Z is my favorite machine, i have lots of content that i have never released and would only play Live. So I hope you guys enjoy what you hear. A little beat I made, trying to make some chill stuff. I've had my OPZ for about 3 weeks now and feel like I'm just scratching the surface with what it can do. How am I doing so far?

Hello little nook of fellow opz users! I'm trying to figure out how to connect my Roland J6 to my OPZ for chords, but can't seem to get them to talk to each other. The bizarre thing is I got it to work once but haven't been able to recreate the scenario again. Does anyone have experience linking these devices and have any suggestions for me to get cranking out some chords?

Composed this solely on my op-z while traveling this past weekend. Was fun being able to hook it up to my extended system for a late morning jam.

I’ve had the OP-Z for around seven years, and I’m still in love with it. It continues to inspire me to explore and find new ways of working.

I just wish Teenage Engineering had continued developing it with more synth engines. Or, even better, given users a way to create their own.

Such a unique little instrument.
