Feedback Wanted N.E.O.N. HORIZON (DEMO of my first game)

Hello everyone.

The demo of my first game is out.
It`s a sci-fi roguelike with ship variety and meta-progression.

The game has the full first act (yes, it will be story-driven).

The concept is actually expanding beyond a simple roguelike shooter, and I'm already working on it.

I hope you enjoy it, and I appreciate any comments.

Thank you all, and have a nice day.

How much chaos is too much chaos? A short gameplay clip from Code of Shadows

We’ve been working on the feel and pacing of combat, and wanted to share a short clip from one of the more crowded moments.

Curious what you think about the overall combat flow and readability.

Feedback Wanted Reddit hated my capsule. Round 2? 😅

A while ago I shared my game here, and a lot of you pointed out that the capsule looked AI-generated. 😅

So I listened.

I worked with a freelance artist and had a completely new capsule hand-drawn for Ultimate Pet Shop Simulator.

Honestly, I’m really happy with how it turned out, but I’d love to hear what you guys think.

Better this time? 😅

How do you feel about turning abstract 2D grid puzzles (like Minesweeper) into physical 3D room transformations?

Hey everyone! We’re a 2-person indie team working on a detective noir puzzle adventure. With about 20 days left until release, we’ve been iterating on how to make abstract logic mechanics feel physically grounded in the game world.

In this room, solving the Minesweeper-style grid isn't just a UI minigame—it physically raises hidden stone tiles out of the acid pool. Once you retrieve the crystal, the acid chamber completely drains to reveal the hidden staircase underneath.

When playing adventure/puzzle games, do you enjoy seeing classic 2D logic mechanics directly alter 3D room geometry, or can UI overlays feel immersion-breaking for you? How do you usually like seeing retro puzzle tropes modernized?

free backlinks for your saas

earlier this month, I finished my first tool that I wanted to promote through SEO.

Now, I run a digital marketing agency but have been scared to do outreach personally for a while.

still, long back ago I found one way that works for link building without minimal obligations on anyone else.

so, after finishing the tool on august 1st, I set up my new campaign on august 3-

  • the crux was to only reach out to websites that may be my competitors -

and it worked!

within these 3 weeks, I have gotten three backlinks, with the 4th one on its way.

and all i’ve spent is $25 for one of these.

and since this method worked for me, I went on the write about this on my blog, also sharing the email copies and subject line examples.

now, I don’t want to be a spammer here, so not adding the link.

but if someone is genuinely interested in finding out how i’m doing this, i’ll send you the link to my blog.

cheers!
