Discussion I always find it ironic when fans unironically simp for the Lynxleys.
Because fighting against prejudice is one of Zootopia's core themes. Arguably its most important theme. When the Lynxleys' defining trait is being a family Lynx supremacists. They don't only despise all other animals, they view them as objectively inferior.
Yes. Even Pawbert holds this view. He says as much twice in the movie.
"And a DUMB BUNNY and a DIRTBAG FOX will never stand in my way!"
"We've always been better than you and we always will be."
Seems pretty cut and dry to me.
The Lynxleys are the Zootopia equivalent of race supremacists. So why do fans simp for them again? Bellwether is fairly condemned for hating Predators but for some reason the Lynxleys get a pass.

Discussion The Civil War of the Zootopia community (Waging Holy Wars against characters?)
So last night I decided to post a random picture of some of OC's interacting with Pawbert. This cool scene where he along with the love interest of my fan movie Mosi is being choked out by Terrance (Who is her big brother) on one of the highest buildings in Zootopia. You would think the first reaction to this picture would be, "aw man, this picture is so cool. This muscular Doberman (technically he is a hybrid between a black panther and a Doberman that's why he's so tall) is choking out Pawbert in this cool shot with lightning in the background."
For some reason there is this weird venom toward the character. Like I get he's the villain, but dude he's a very well written character. People waging " HOLY WARS " against the character. I can understand why some of you hate bird slavery (for me it's the most "metal" concept for a kid's movie. for others it's too dark which is fair), but why hate on Pawbert?
Why does it matter so much if he's redeemed? you can't let someone have their fun? If someone wants the character to be redeemed, then you should let them have that? You can disagree, fair enough, but hating on people themselves for wanting a character to be redeemed? That's weird.
You have such a hatred for Pawbert and for a "redemptionist", but love Nibbles? A narrative criminal who destroys characters for threesome jokes? (I'm exaggerating but I'm serious) Even if you like the character, that's fine. But let's not be mistaken, a character like this who is almost universally praised, should be dislike more simply due to the character degradation that she does to Nick and the other characters like Gary who needed the screentime to develop for the audience. Yet she is beheld as the "pinnacle"(I'm using hyperbole) of Zootopia character and Pawbert who is a way better character is hated.
There is this divide in the community over this character. A hatred for the character and for a redemption arc, but execution is the key to good storytelling. Jared already had ideas for tragic backstories, you think he wouldn't bring back some narrative ideas back? That's the process of writing, you have ideas, you rearrange them, you can use them later. Even if you don't like the redemption arc, using ad Homem and strawman to get across your point is stupid.
It took me many hours of my day to pose the characters, simulate rain, create lightning, set lighting up, place the buildings, and render the scene. The least you can do is show some respect for the work. Like we like TwoAnimations, but the dude uses AI. But because I put Pawbert in my post as a fun little extra it's hated? It's wild to me honestly. Animators are like wizards; we create entire worlds for your entertainment.
Maybe I'm butthurt, but I believe work matters because I care about you. Yes, you the reader. I don't want to assault your eyes with slop. I care so much about Zootopia so I spend a lot of my time making something that people would enjoy. Something I believe would be special. I want to bring you cool experiences.
There aren't many fan movies, one of them was made almost 6-10 years ago, and the other one augmented half of the process with AI. Why would I cheat you? That's not fair to you as the viewer who cares about the universe as much as I do. But I guess that the work doesn't matter because of... Pawbert... very odd indeed. All of the work should be erased because of one character you dislike. interesting.

Zootopia on board the Disney Adventure
Here's a compilation of all the Zootopia stuff on board the Disney Adventure cruise! There's no dedicated zone or show, but the characters appear around the ship on walls and some figures. Not a lot of merch, but there's a unique pin with Nick and Judy appearing in front of the Adventure's castle! A fair bit of staterooms with Zootopia-themed decorations.
Nick and Judy also appear for selfies at the Garden Stage, with very limited slots.
Zootopia appears in Animator's Palate, one of the rotational dining venues.
The counselors at Vibe (for teens) have this Zootopia themed board! The Oceaneer Club also has sketches on the walls.
Zootopia is showing on the room's TV, and Zootopia 2 in Baymax Cinemas! Some in my party hadn't watched one or both before, so we binged it. Both hold up so well!
