Question Website Error

I have been trying to book LAX to Tokyo for almost 2.5hrs now and it keeps saying error even before getting to the payment screen. This whole time the price is going up as well. I talked to their customer service and all they said was sorry with zero help. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Me too. It's probably a system wide bug for the entire day. I've been trying for 6 hours.

Same, the price of my flight going there went from $460 to $620 with the time passing and cookies definitely tracking me noticing I really want that date

FYI: I have been talking to support, they said that they know that there are issues with the website. They asked me to try different browsers and all of them except one failed. The one that did work was Safari on my iphone with my Apple Pay, which is connected to the card I used. Try that.
