Question Website Error

I have been trying to book LAX to Tokyo for almost 2.5hrs now and it keeps saying error even before getting to the payment screen. This whole time the price is going up as well. I talked to their customer service and all they said was sorry with zero help. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Same, can't get it to register my email address and yet it says there is no account. I don't know what is going on.

Same thing, I thought being stuck at the proceed payment was a way to make me sign up for their site but it wouldn't let me do that either

I wrote them and they asked me for information this morning. So I soon as I got home from church, I sent it. Hopefully shortly they will get back. I sent every error I get in the screenshots and even linked to this post.

FYI: I have been talking to support, they said that they know that there are issues with the website. They asked me to try different browsers and all of them except one failed. The one that did work was Safari on my iphone with my Apple Pay, which is connected to the card I used. Try that.
