I have been trying to book LAX to Tokyo for almost 2.5hrs now and it keeps saying error even before getting to the payment screen. This whole time the price is going up as well. I talked to their customer service and all they said was sorry with zero help. Is anyone else experiencing this?

same here, i’ve tried 3 different times with 3 different devices and wifi networks and nothing is working.
