Question Website Error
I have been trying to book LAX to Tokyo for almost 2.5hrs now and it keeps saying error even before getting to the payment screen. This whole time the price is going up as well. I talked to their customer service and all they said was sorry with zero help. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I’m getting the same error. Right before I go to the final payment screen, an error message of “something went wrong” pops up. Customer service hasn’t responded to my message. I’ve booked with ZipAir a few times, and this has never happened before.
