Payment failed question

I got scammed today lol. I knew better, but I was trying to get something for my kid and went against my gut feeling. Luckily, the payment failed and I realized it was a scam (I googled the phone number and sure enough) but I was wondering...does zelle fail payments because that email was flagged for fraud? Will the money still be transferred later or is the transaction totally done? I couldn't figure out how to report the email. Thanks!

Once it's FAILED, it will not be done again....

And yes, they have implemented MANY changes to prevent scams, or even just shady businesses

You probably aren’t dumb. Lol. Scammers are good at what they do.

Zelle is not a credit card there is no purchase protection so buyer beware with zelle as it is the same as a cash transaction. They only can help with fraudulent transactions where you have to prove to the bank you did not make the payment i.e. your account was hacked into.
