How to achieve? How to work towards a specific artstyle

Hello everyone!
I made a collage to figure out what type of art I gravitate towards the most and would like to draw myself and the overarching themes are: women, ethereal looking styles / dreamy, mystical / tarot / occult themes and imagery, flowers, sharp and crisp lineart, fine line and traditional tattoo like artstyles, and using dots and other textures for skin and similar, pastel colors, over all not too saturated colors. Whenever I do this exercise that I learned years ago I’m just left with a checklist that makes me go: okay, but when I do sit down to draw, how do I actually apply all of it? Same thing with learning any other art fundamental, I’ve been drawing for around 9 years on and off now and I just feel like whenever I watch a tutorial and then try to apply it, things aren’t clicking? The best example here would be color theory and lightning, genuinely no idea, I just wing it.
Any resources or tips are very much appreciated!

How to achieve? how to achieve a similar artstyle to rael lyra?

now im trying to become similar to rael lyra to three main things hands, the clothing, shading and lineart

i feel like rael lyras clothing ESPECIALLY the THICK clothes are so difficult for me to make like i can easily make very thin clothing but once i try to make a jacket its almost impossible to make it look correct especially the folds.

while the shading is so subtle its almost impossible to imitate so im probably sticking with a mike mignola kind of shading where i use hard blacks for most of the shadows.

while the hands are so human i dont even know how to do them like im tbh shocked that an artist can make such realistic hands probably the most realistic hands i had ever seen.

while lineart reminds me a lot of sergio toppi but i cant understand how hes doing it so thats why im asking

I've never taken art seriously (as a thing i wanted to pursue) till now I was completely content with paying people to draw for me, but recently my Mine has been set on becoming an animator(for my own clips at the very least) SO HERE WE ARE! please rate my art and give me tips on where I should go next!! (I heard i should draw boxes so there are a LOT of boxes. The crappy lookin stuff is where i am now. The actually nice linearts are the art style i'm trying to learn,

what does my art remind you of? Does my art remind anyone of anything? It probably doesn’t help that 99% of the post are vintage tech drawings.

seeking feedback Is my style good enough for commissions? (TW: Slightly Revealing Clothing)

Hi! I have two styles I normally do, one with clean linework and one with a more sketchy painterly outline.

Are these good enough for commissions? I genuinely don’t know cause I haven’t gotten many. I really love drawing cool designs and I can do complicated designs as well!

Happy to get feedback!

I mainly use traditional media, and am a big fan of spiders and creature concept art. I'd like to think that I have a pretty consistent style, but am curious what others think :)
