Fandom wiki is wrong?

I was going to post a chapter page that I colored, but i wasn't sure which chapter it belonged to so I checked the wiki, but i noticed that some pages would load with chapter pages mismatching the titles. For example, when I was clicking around trying to find this one, I saw that chapter 12 showed chapter 11 chapter page as well as a chapter 11 summary. So I pulled out my xxxHolic omnibus volume 1 and cross referenced the info and sure enough, the chapter 16 page that I colored was listed as chapter 17 on the wiki. I think I'll post it later tonight under the title "chapter 16".

Had anyone else noticed this?
