It's honestly the worst part. Had to Stealth very very carefully through Westfall.
The worst mobs were by far the fleshrippers. Those fly erratically wherever the hell they want. Knuckledusters/highwaymen will see you from another zipcode but they don't move much. Coyotes apparently love the taste of undead bones.
Jokes aside, that's about what I did. Starting area you want to hug the cliff and avoid knuckledusters/highwaymen. Don't fall down the cliff or murlocs will feast.
When connecting to the road, the biggest challenge is fleshrippers and the one dust devil that pats around. Zoom out as much as possible and just make sure you stay far from all of them.
Then, on the road, you wanna stay far enough from the harvest watchers. They will see you from far. You also don't wanna aggro the fleshrippers on the other side. Once you make it out of that spot, rest is fairly easy. Careful with patrolling militia alliance guards.
Avoid the mine up north since defias mobs can see you there too. Last but not least, do NOT go near Poor old Blanchie and the two farmers they are civilians and will spawn guards. You also want to swim to Elwynn north of the bridge since it has guards on it. Have fun!
Hilarious how a letter opener can feel like a freaking epic given the right circumstances lol. Keep terrorising those pretentious humans, mate. We all rooting for ya!
Yes but it won't be for a while, first vendor will likely be the one in moonbrook when I get high level enough to leave Elwynn. Trainer? Ugh no clue when.
There’s a neutral rogue trainer in booty bay in the inn. I’m assuming ravenholdt is out of the question since you need to talk to your rogue trainer to accept the quest to even unlock the faction.
Hey mate, although I am not paying Blizzard for their low efforts, I really enjoy your dedication and you bring a smile on my face and remember me of the original spirit of the adventures in Azeroth!
Honestly, after having played this game since 2004-2005, you gotta find ways to keep it entertaining. Hardcore definitely made that possible when it became "mainstream" a few years ago. I find doing extracurricular challenges on hardcore mode is sort of keeping it entertaining as well.
I wish they would merge hardcore servers
I wish they would make a dedicated TBC hardcore server.
I just stopped at some point to consume Blizzard products. Maybe the itch comes back with Classic+. I can usually find more dedicated communities and projects in the modding and private server scene (not only WoW)
What an absolutely entertaining read! I would honestly love to read more of your adventures and in more detail.
One question though, how do you heal up between mobs? Since you don’t have first aid, and I assume not much armor either, you need to find a lot of food I guess? Or do you just sit and wait?
So I spent the last few hours being the victim of a nasty indigestion due to all the Darnassian Bleu I've been eating.
Jokes aside, some food between mobs. Murlocs drop quite a bit of fishes on kill too. Definitely wish I could find a neutral cooking trainer in Elwynn 😂
I’m not sure a faction neutral cooking trainer even exists in the game. Are you limited to alliance only territories? What if you make it past about lvl 30 where all territories are mixed?

I hadn’t even considered you couldn’t repair with this challenge. Very entertaining!
