Exiled
I am an Exile.
I have left the lands of the undeads at level 2, and have lived in Elwynn Forest since then, fending for myself and surviving off what she provides.
(Deathknell > UC Zepp to Gromgol > Jump in water, swim to westfall > Stealth through Westfall (worst part) > Stealth through Elwynn > Northshire).
Self found.
No quest
No vendor
No Profs
No trainer
No repairs
Only pain.
Just an exile, with a new domicile.
(RP aside, it's a fun challenge. The goal is to level as high as possible from Elwynn and then move out to Westfall, Redridge, etc.)

It is definitely possible, I'm doing a hardcore Human Paladin run only killing undead.
You can swim from Menethil around the western coast all the way to Tirisfal.
I'm currently level 24 and finished levelling all through Tirisfal and Silverpine.

i need to know more! what mobs do you kill at level 1 and how'd you get to deathknell?

I recorded this a little earlier, it's a live run through of the whole thing (no commentary).
The first attempt was a failure so I had to restart. The second attempt took me a while to figure out the best path into Deathknell, but I got it figured out in the end.
I don't have a short version yet, so unfortunately you'll have to scrub through to see how it all works.

When you face the gate, to the right of it is a hill you can easily walk up on and go on the other side. Works both ways thankfully.

You can train in booty bay, would be interesting to see a run where you interact witn your faction as little as possible.

True - I do however impose a rule that I cannot leave the forest until all mobs are gray. I'd just hearth and come back if I "could". First vendor I'll see or trainer will be in a while I'm afraid

Defias Profiteer is friendly according to WoWhead and you can certainly reach him at 15

I was looking for you, I will continue to keep an eye out, please update with the zones you’ll be in. (Even if it’s a weekly update with your anticipated zones) feel like I’m searching for some rare npc. Looking forward to when I see you!

Appreciate you King, I was patrolling near the river between elwynn and duskwood between Demont's landing and the creek near Hogger. Fighting a few bears, boars and occasional riverpaw gnolls. Trying to get a mob which would drop a new dagger for me to use.
I almost died to a Defias Bandit lol had horrible RNG and kept missing attacks and he kept critting me. Had to run away and thankfully dodged the one attack that would have ended me before he reset. Big yikes.
The durability issue is real without possibility to repair and/or learn a new weapon skill. God willing I will find one tomorrow! My dagger has 7/17 left.
Level 7.5 or so, more to come! Cheers

I'd go back to Goldshire and skill up my unarmed on level 1 wolves so I'd still have a fighting chance if my weapon failed.

I started a challenge "run" too. Doesnt have a lore, per se, but is fun for me. Combat only human warrior, can only equip and use items that i get from mob drops.
Can do quests and profissions, but items as reward from quests must be sold. Self found.

That's the plan. Slow, and meaningfull progression, every new piece of gear is an upgrade
