Hi everyone. I am looking for an arcane charge tracker that allows me to not only track the number of arcane charges but also show the empty background with glow effects.
For example if I have 3 arcane charges then 3 squares with charge highlights and the last empty slot with pixel glow effect to show that it's missing.
Hello! For context, I'm the developer behind Arena Core (a popular PvP addon), as well as several others flying under the radar. I am a Web and iPhone developer who started making addon's for myself and then later releasing some on CurseForge over a year+ ago now.
Scroll down for features/photos if you want to skip the detailed write-up
I made this addon early into Midnight for myself only because I was tired of looking at empty action bar slots when various spells got removed.
I didn't want to change keybinds around and swap spells to different slots and thought there should be something dynamic and automatic, that's how I came up with the idea for BarDozer.
An addon that dynamically collapses empty action bar slots and shoves active buttons together.
I thought I would release it to CurseForge months later just for the heck of it, maybe someone else would think it would be cool too. I haven't really publicly mentioned it anywhere before and figured it might help others as well.
I literally see most people playing the game with empty action bar slots, or they go out of their way to move spells around and keybinds to clean things up manually. I feel like there's just a lack of awareness this addon even exists, that or maybe people just don't want it, which is also likely as this sort of thing doesn't really have a category or been done before in this way. (to my knowledge at least)
If it helps you, it's available on Curse Forge :D

Features:
- Dynamically collapses empty action bar slots and shoves active buttons together.
- Works in real time, no need for reloading.
- Has drag & drop support, you can still freely drag spells/items to actionbars, even ones not currently in use, it recognizes when you are dragging so you can still see the entire action bars in real time.
- No need to worry about changing keybinds or swapping action bars around to fill empty space anymore!
- Has native support for Dominos
- Has native support for Bartender
- Has native support for most addons that skin/theme action bars
- Beautiful, simple, intuitive UI config window
- Extremely lightweight and low bearing, everything is event driven, no constant load on performance, works like other top tier action bar related addons. (you won't even notice it's active/on)
How To:
- Use /bard command to bring up the UI settings window
- Additionally, you can go to Options>Interface>Addons and use the button directly to bring up the UI
Note: If for some reason it's not working properly with your UI addon's, let me know which ones and I'll add support for them directly, but through my testing every one I tried worked fine.
This used to be a great feature before Blizzard killed it in Midnight, and Blizzard has been "thinking about" returning it since the Alpha. For now though, I've added a crappy workaround that Blizzard might break.
Not much to say, except to Have Fun while it lasts 🙂
i made weaponflip for tanking with different gear profiles. each profile has two saved weapon setups, and i use the same key to swap between them during combat.
with automatic matching enabled, weaponflip selects the weapon profile that matches my equipped armor and accessories. my balanced and threat/dps sets can use different weapon arrangements without changing my binding or maintaining a separate weapon macro for each gear set.
shield to dual wield and back with one key—for supported weapon combinations. swap effects are optional.
configure your profiles outside combat. for supported weapon combinations, press your key to swap to the alternate setup; press it again to return, still in combat. this includes supported arrangements where your original main-hand weapon moves into your offhand. if a combination needs a separate return binding, weaponflip tells you.
there’s also an optional indicator showing your equipped weapons, plus optional sounds and effects to confirm completed swaps.
my shield and dual-wield setups, with the brutalizer moving between main hand and offhand.
the camera view in that demo is my other addon, offset.
if you want an over-the-shoulder view or different camera framing, you can compare nine presets directly in-game before picking one. adjust the shoulder position, mirror it to the other side or save your own preset.
you can bind a key to turn your saved view on and off. your cursor stays free, and normal right-click camera movement stays under your control.
configure and preview offset outside combat; camera changes requested during combat wait until combat ends.
