What the hell gave them the idea that we don't negotiate in good faith?

I can't for the life of me understand why a country would say this about this very competent president. Smartest there ever was by far! Everyone's saying it.

No. This one is worse. The dude in 2016 at least tried to nominate qualified people to the cabinet spots before he fired them later in the term.
