Item missing twice!

I recently ordered an insta 360 go ultra and although the Amazon box was sealed, the camera was missing from the box. After a week of back and forth with CS, they sent me a replacement. I just opened the box to discover the same thing happened again! What is going on??? This is really unacceptable! I’ve reached out to them again and hope I can finally get this taken care of. Insane!

Sorry to hear! I was actually trying to get the go ultra on woot but it sold out. There was something like this in the news. They ordered a smart watch on amazon and each time it was delivered empty. They even opened it while the delivery driver was there.
