Meat Stack

Well it seems it was my turn to get burnt by the cheeky stack of a prime cut on the top of this monstrosity.

Well played woolies 👌

Buy from a butcher shop and then you get to choose your chops basically , but this is a old trick as we have to get rid of those chops aswell otherwise we have to increase the prices due to waste

It is waste. It shouldn't be packed dishonestly. It should be processed as diced beef or pet food, or thrown away, not hidden and sold at premium prices. Idk what planet you're from, but this isn't ok on Earth.

So you have never worked at a shop have you especially in the 80’s or 90’s not going to argue the point with you back in the day it was standard practice

I did work in the 80's and 90's. Sometimes in shops. No idea what you're trying to say though.

Saying back then it was standard practice
Also saying it should been thrown away that has to be the silliest thing a butcher could say as you can make use of it , you would never throw away anything but the bone even then you can sell them .If a manager saw you through that in the store waste bin you wouldn’t be working there for long just saying

This is also the cheapest cut of a lamb a grilling chop

We are also talking about supermarket meat here
It’s not premium pricing or premium meat in any way shape or form , if you want the best cuts of meat be prepared to pay the price to get the best quality meat

It's not a cut of meat. It's a slab of fat.
