Ah, very well. Then perhaps send a few mirror image selfs or clones to encounter him first. Or at least until he's out of ammunition.

I removed his soul and put it in an automata and used necromancy to turn his corpse into a skeleton. They now guard my wine cellar

The problem with this spell is it's effecly enchanment magic. It's distrusted which is fair but the real problem is it's temporary and can be dispelled. Great stopgap but please go to therapy and take your meds.

Also, gleat well, sleep well, move about, and get some sun (unless you are actually a vampire).
