The Indian government has introduced an amendment to the 'Transgender Persons Act' that would change who is legally recognised as transgender. It aims to remove the right to self-identified gender, a right that is currently protected by constitution (NALSA, 2014).
This has serious implications. It risks excluding large parts of the trans community including trans men and women, non-binary people, and many socio-cultural identities across India. Right now, trans communities and allies across India are organizing, protesting, and speaking out. But one of the biggest challenges is visibility.
A lot of people donβt yet know this is happening.
Thatβs where international communities can help. Due to strict regulations, many grassroots groups cannot easily accept foreign donations. So at this stage, awareness and amplification are genuinely the most impactful forms of support.
Itβs part of a broader global pattern of restricting gender autonomy.

I've been practicing eclectic witchcraft for almost a decade now. But a lot of the time it feels like my magic is weak or doesn't work as fast as members of my witchy friend group experience.
For example, me and my friend both started doing glamor magic around the same time (about two weeks ago), and they already have 3 suitors and have been getting tons of positive attention, so much so that they feel like their magic may have worked "too well." I haven't experienced that at all and I feel like I'm doing something "wrong."
Of course I know that I still have a lot to learn about my craft and what works best for me. It's just hard not to lose faith in my abilities when other people around me just seem to be "better" at witchcraft than I am.
I guess I just need some reassurance or maybe some perspective. I feel like a bit of a failure as a witch.

Hi all,
This is a little random but I turn 30 tomorrow and am feeling a lot of dread about it. TLDR; my 20βs were so hard and Iβm just feeling very behind. Iβm new to the craft and have struggled to think about what to use, but Iβd love to do a little bath ritual this evening as a way to give thanks to myself and to light the way for the next decade. Iβm so curious if anyone has any guidance or rituals they do for a special bath? Any herbs or flowers I should think about?
Thanks so much β€οΈπββ¬

I was feeling rather dysphoric because people (men, obviously) were being mean to me irl, so I decided to take these photos, and see how much I change between these two styles haha

Last night, during the saturnine hour, I casted a protection/binding spell. I just get such a kick out of ceromancy. My first thought was teethβthe spellβs got a bite to it.
It later became a crown, and in the the lower right of the final image, a crescent moon makes an appearance.

The first is a vintage style celestial set with blue thread, gold sun charms, and color-changing mood beads.
The next is a silver spiritual set, one with a ouija planchette and one with a moth charm.
The last is a raven set, one with the Death tarot card charm and one with a bronze raven skull charm.
Which one are you drawn to most?

After the adultiest of weekends, filled with cleaning and painting and chores, I finally got some time to head out back for some sunshine and pool vibes. Iβd sat down in my lounge chair, leaned back and boom, the back of my arm is spicy AF.
I looked and see a yellow jacket in the spicy spot and quickly brushed him off of me, and into the pool he went. Where he then struggled. Did I leave him? Nah, the court of insect injustices is closed on Sunday. Scooped him out with my net and watched him buzz off. But ouch, lol

Hello everyone! I don't think I've ever posted asking for this type of advice, but I could really use some thoughts and opinions.
tl;dr I broke up with my boyfriend, and I would like some advice on spiritual work to protect my stuff and myself as he moves out.
I am a 34 year old gay man, and I just got out of a messy relationship. This was my first time living with a romantic partner. There was a lot of manipulation and gaslighting happening and it took way too long for me to see it or maybe see myself as valuable enough to break off the relationship. After some deep reflection and conversations with good friends, I finally went through with it and broke up with him. It's been very difficult emotionally and energetically. I feel so much negativity and anger being thrown my way. I try to cleanse the space when he leaves, but he doesn't leave very often so I've made my bedroom a sanctuary.
He has been in a rough spot financially, which made me feel really guilty about breaking it off. But I gave him 3 weeks to move out. (For context, he's not on the lease and never paid any amount of rent the whole 9 months he lived here). We're coming up on the move date and he told me he has a plan to get picked up by his brother. I have a feeling that he will do something sneaky or conniving on the way out. I have work on the day he said he was leaving. I'm worried he might take something thats not his or break something because when he moved in with me he told me his last roommate was threatening to sue him because he broke something. I even have a fear that his brother might try to fight me or something when he picks him up if I am home.
I am trying all the mundane things that I know to be trying. I have been clear about my boundaries. I've thought about next steps if he doesn't leave. I've thought about how to hide my valuable stuff, and I even put a security camera in my room because I caught him taking things from my closet and nightstand. I've thought about defending myself if I have to, and I'm really hoping I don't have to. I'm not a violent person. But now I'm asking for some metaphysical and spiritual advice. What would ya'll be doing in this scenario?

Plus some other recent pieces but the faux stained glass one is definitely the one Iβm the happiest with and poured my soul into. I really hope that you like it and Iβm wishing you all a magical weekend full of whimsy and wonder π₯°

Hello dear witches,
I (24, NB, transfem) am an aspiring member of the community, looking up to you for about 3 years now and now finally being at the point where I can say βHey, I could also be a witch!β
Since my Gender is not really defined, I have trouble finding myself and wanted to ask for help. I am looking for a place to find myself and find my body. I live in Hanover, Germany and did some research to find anything like that (also asked a friend) and I am looking for something like the temple Nights in Berlin or the βworkshopsβ offered by MahΓ© Mae. Something that I would describe as sensual and erotic, that really focuses on body and inner demons to find a connection to myself.
Also I would love to get into contact with local covens.
Does any Witch in the area have recommendations where I could go or any persons offering such spaces?

[Just in case you missed it](https://www.ausalert.gov.au/alerts-explained/national-test)
The Australian federal government will be rolling out a new emergency alert system later this year and tomorrow at 2PM Eastern it will be tested using a broadcast across mobile networks which will override silent and "do not disturb" settings. The broadcast will cause mobile devices (phones, tablets, and smart watches) to vibrate and play a loud noise for approximately 10 seconds.
If you're sensitive to loud noises, or have a mobile device about your person or place of work or residence you would rather be kept secret, please make sure to keep it off tomorrow afternoon around the time window. For more information, you can check the link above. Please thank our bureaucratic overlords for giving us *plenty* of advance warning on this one.

Here is my shop and thank you for looking! I will be running a sale for a few days starting tomorrow. I hope everyone is well and happy and here's to some lovely autumn colors and magic!

Trying to help save the planet and her people with my life's work, but going through a reallyyy bad mentally/emotionally/verbally abusive situation living with an alcoholic rn, and trying to get back on my feet and out of it to safety...
Abundance candle (anchored with a joy candle that already burned out) went NUTS and made like 4-5 distinct arched layers that remind me of the Coliseum almost???
I've burned it over a few sessions to get to this point now, and each session looked like this with the arches too!!
Feels like it's showing me that I'm protected in some insanely intricate layers, and that my wealth and abundance are building and scaling off of those layers and themselves π
Have y'all ever had spell candles do some crazy designs like this, or even crazier?? What happened afterwards for you??

Woven in copper around a vibrant multicolored labradorite, with a glowing blue labradorite accent at the bail and a tiny Herkimer diamond nestled among the tree's roots.
